On 10/27, we signed up for the removal of 4 cracked driveway sections and the pouring of a brand new concrete driveway
On 10/27, we signed up for the removal of 4 cracked driveway sections and the pouring of a brand new concrete driveway. We gave them $1500 upfront on 10/27 to secure the deal. Around December 17, they took out the old driveway, and on December 20, they started working on the new one. We paid the remaining $3600 when they finished on December 22. In June 2022, we noticed a crack in the new concrete on the driveway. We contacted the company that poured the driveway, and on June 7, 2022, they came to inspect the crack and admitted it was there. They said their "concrete guy" would come to check it out. Since no one had come to see the driveway, we called them on June 13, 2022, and left a message on their voicemail, but got no response. On June 14, 2022, we called again, left another voicemail, and still got no reply. On June 15, 2022, we called once more, left another voicemail, and still got no reply. Until now, no "concrete guy" has come to look at the crack or suggest how to fix it. Invoice # *** dated 10/27.
