Rubber seal blown half way off
Going thru the dryer the rubber seal on top if my car came half way off about 3 feet of it. It's bubbled up in the middle and I can't get it to flatten out. I talked to the manager here at Maricopa Fast n Friendly who said there's nothing they can do. I explained it might blow off the rest of the way home n I'll loose it. He said they don't cost that much to replace Why should I replace something that happened in your carwash.

Their machines scratched my hood, my right rear quarter panel, and the tailgate of my truck, and took the clear coating off. I did nothin' to deserve this sanding to my paint but and yet they tried to blame me. I paid extra for the best monthly washes and now have a scratched and scuffed up vehicle.

Confused, I reached out to Fast & Friendly to understand the reason behind these charges. They informed me that the charges were for the car wash service I had canceled 2.5 years ago.
Initially, when I spoke to ***, they were quite helpful and assured me that getting a refund would be straightforward. According to their records, it was evident that I hadn't used the car wash or my membership since April 10th. However, things took a different turn when I was contacted by ***. They played hardball and refused to refund my $675, claiming that my money had already been used. Eventually, Mark offered me a 50% refund, but then I received another message stating that no refund would be given. Their knowledge of my lack of usage, combined with their decision to keep my money, feels like bullying at its worst.
