Fantastic Furniture review: Havana bed and dresser

Hi, this makes me sick that I have to write about something negative. I've been a fantastic furnisher costumer for over 10yrs now but unfortunately I'm really unhappy with my purchase I made just before Christmas 2019.

I spent $2000 and as I'm struggling for money as it is $2000 is a lot of money that has gone to waste.
I want to try to stay positive but I have some photos of like to send you.
The bed from has cracked. The slats have slit and my dresser draw has marks on it as soon as I opened the box. I wasn't going to complain but only just notice about the slats and bed frame when I was rotating my mattress that you say to do.

I need to speak to someone about it. I feel this has been a waste of my money. I am really unhappy. I'm sorry.
