Family Law review: Claudia J. Zucker

Ms. Zucker is very professional and responsible. What is curious is the people who have posted complaints, are not actually her clients. Mr. Matthew James Gulbransan who slandered Ms Zucker is an ex-husband of her client. Ms. Zucker uncovered his extrinsic fraud in a spousal support matter against him. Mr. Gulbransan attempted to evade paying his ex-spouse $210, 000 in spousal support payments. Ms. Zucker won her case against him, and lashed with more fraudulent claims against her.
Ms. Nancy Hey was only Ms. Zucker's client for a very short period of time. Ms. Hey had lost her child to Arlington CPS when she hired Ms. Zucker. Ms. Zucker negotiated a deal to have the child returned if Ms. Hey would hire a 24/7 nurse to help care of the infant for a period of time. Ms Hey testified in her trial (while represented by another attorney), that she turned down the deal because she could not afford to do that. Some $300, 000 in legal fees later, Nancy Hey permanently lost her child to CPS and lost her parental rights. This was not Ms. Zucker's doing or fault.
