FalconParts.com is a really good place to find the parts you need for your ride. They have a wide selection of parts that are just right for your application. I was really happy with the parts I got from them. They were just what I needed and they worked really well.

But there was one time when I had a problem with the parts I got from FalconParts.com. They shipped me the wrong part. It was really frustrating because I had to wait for the right part to be shipped to me. But I have to say that FalconParts.com really came through for me. They shipped me the right part the very next day.

Overall, I think FalconParts.com is a great place to find the parts you need for your ride. They have a really good selection and they really care about their customers. If you ever have a problem with the parts you get from them, they will do everything they can to make it right.

I have to say, it's really unfortunate that Falcon Enterprises has all the parts I need for my Falcon, but I won't be doing business with them again. I made a mistake on my order, but the owner Jeff Wilson was kind enough to call me and correct it. However, when I had an issue with my bank account and tried to recharge the proper amount, it didn't go through due to bank security on my card. When I called Falcon Enterprises to sort it out, the person on the phone was quite hostile. I explained what happened and was ready to pay and get my parts, but instead of helping me, he became angry and started yelling at me. He said he had sent me an email, but I never received it. I asked why he didn't call me about the issue, since he had called me about the previous issue, but he just kept yelling. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, I was shocked to find out that he was the owner of the company. I couldn't believe that he would talk to customers like that.

After this experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I don't want to spend my money at a place where I'm going to be yelled at for a completely avoidable problem. Jeff Wilson, if you're reading this, I suggest taking some communication courses at Sac City College. You could really use them. With the internet and the availability of OEM and aftermarket parts, Falcon Enterprises won't be able to keep returning customers if this is how they treat people.

Overall, I would say that you should use Falcon Enterprises at your own risk. If you need to talk to them on the phone or in person, be prepared for a hostile and unhelpful experience. I'm going to spend my money on my Falcon elsewhere.
