Expedia review: Car Rental - York Car Rental Etobicoke ON

I rented a car from York Car Rental 600 Dixon Road Etobicoke ON for 10 days at $1272 including insurance. I had a stone chip unfortunately in the windshield which should have been covered under this insurance. I was charged an additional $1500 for the windshield replacement and received no notice nor receipt and was not even aware of this until I received my credit card statement. I have asked for an actual receipt for the windshield replacement and there is no way it would be even close to this amount. This is fraud and a despicable action this scammer place. I am senior lady with limited funds. I wish these guys could be punished and I am not sure what options I have at this point. I just want the $1500 refunded to my credit card as it will be very difficult for me to pay this.

It seems you outsource to a rental place that you have never checked their customer satisfaction. You. must check their website to review the terrible comments left by all customers so far...NOT ONE with more than one star. do you not care that consumers are extremely dissatisfied and feel hihly scammed by these crooks? Plesse, please, please take this horrible York Car Rental in Etobicoke ON off of your roster.
