Evri / Hermes review: Courier

You claim you have delivered my parcel. You sent a picture of another building and another post box to "prove" delivery. Our building doesn't have post boxes and the instruction was to leave the parcel in the foyer on the table assigned for parcels. You have no telephone number to actually talk to someone, you have a "live chat" run by a bot that is useless. I opened a complaint in your system 3 days ago and haven't had a response yet.

The item in question is urgently required and there is no way of contacting you at all. WORST WORST WORST customer service. It seems corporations are asking for more and more and are delivering less and less. Trying to distance themselves from their actual customers and not taking any responsibility for the service they deliver.
