I had to reorder items with ready stocks, but the same thing happened again. It was a loop, and that's why I had so many cancelled and closed orders.

I believe that if an item is out of stock, customers should not be able to place an order for it. Etude House should put how much stock they have, so customers can't place an order once the items are out of stock. It's quite frustrating to have to wait for over a month to see whether they really refunded me. I felt like I was being scammed.
