Estridge Homes don't honor their 2 year warranty
Estridge Homes don't honor their 2 year warranty. I got a bunch of stuff on my list that's been there for years and they never did anything about it. They also tried to "fix" some things but ended up making them worse. They say they'll do stuff but when it's time to actually do it, they back out or take soooooo long to take action that it's almost impossible for them to fix the problem. You gotta keep bugging them to get anything done, and once the 2 year warranty is up, even if you reported stuff before it ended, they say they don't have to do the repairs because the warranty expired.

Estridge ain't fixin' our trash can rails like they promised in the home warranty. Ken Cornett, the guy in charge of the warranty, told us before that they'd fix it. But now he's sayin' they got a new vendor and won't do it. This problem has been goin' on for months and it's gettin' worse. Can barely use the dang thing now. We've asked 'em four times for an update and all they say is they ain't fixin' it.

I built a $400k home in Harmony with Estridge builders, and moved in on June 9. During the 30-day walk through, I let the building manager, Zach Tolle, know about an issue with the kitchen flooring. There's a part of the floor that's raised up and bounces when I walk on it. It's a floating floor on a slab, so I expected some flexibility, but it feels like a trampoline. I took pictures with a level to show how bad it is. Zach sent a floor guy to check it out and said he'd contact the floor company rep and get back to me. It's been happening since July, and I've tried many times to get it fixed, but no luck. The floor guy often doesn't show up or call. I've asked multiple times for a floor company rep to come directly, but Zach ignores my request. The floor guy came again on Sept 13 and said he'd talk to the company. Still, no follow-up! Can someone please help me out?
