So, I was browsing EstateSales and I found this cool WW2 pennant that I just had to have. I won the auction and paid for it, but when I waited for it to arrive in the mail, it never did. I was pretty bummed out about it, so I contacted the auctioneer to see what was up. They told me that the pennant was lost and apologized for the inconvenience. It was a bummer, but at least they were nice about it.

would definitely recommend EstateSales to anyone looking to sell their belongings. They were super helpful and made the whole process easy peasy. They even helped us price items and made sure we got the best deal possible. The team was friendly and knowledgeable, and they really knew their stuff. They were able to sell everything from furniture to knick-knacks, and we were pleasantly surprised by how much money we made. Overall, we had a great experience with EstateSales and would use them again in a heartbeat. If you're looking to downsize or sell some of your belongings, definitely give them a try. This website is like, super easy to get scammed on. I got scammed and the big boss man was all like "sorry, not our problem" which is like, totally not cool. Like, why even have a website if you're not gonna protect your users? There are way better websites out there that do the same thing and actually care about their users. So like, don't even bother with this one.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with EstateSales. I was looking for some display cases for my collection and found a couple that looked perfect on their site. One was listed as cherry and the other mahogany, but when I got there to pick them up, they were both the same color! I was pretty disappointed, but that wasn't even the worst of it.

I had specifically asked for measurements at the widest points, but the ones they gave me were way smaller than what I actually got. So when I showed up to pick up my stuff, I realized that they wouldn't fit in my car! I had to rent a truck, which they refused to reimburse me for, and the whole thing turned into an all-day nightmare. What should have been a quick 2-hour pick-up turned into a whole ordeal.

To make matters worse, I also bought some coral and fossilized minerals that were misrepresented in the photos. They looked a lot bigger than they actually were, and most of them turned out to be cheap molded plastic. I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience, to be honest.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend EstateSales. They don't seem to be very honest about their products, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you're looking for a good deal on some unique items, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I went to an EstateSale in Redlands and it was quite an experience. There was a bit of confusion about my mom's jewelry and it caused a bit of a stir. I paid for my own things and went to the car. However, I was asked to bring my things back to show what I had purchased after I had taken it to the car already. I didn't have to take my things back to show them anything I had already paid for but I DID. We even asked Diane to go inside our car to look inside the car. I mean, if I was really a thief, why would I do the above things? It just doesn't make sense to me.

Recently, we went to a sale and tried to apologize but Diane didn't accept it. Now I'm being accused of being a thief. I mean, come on, if she really has a video, show it to me! I know she has her person mixed up. And when she sees that and still doesn't accept our apology and vice-versa, then I will take it further if I have to and will to clear my name and dignity! I have a right to clear my name and I won't let anyone tarnish it.

Diane never gave my mom's jewelry back as mentioned in other reviews. So that day, my mom was being accused of having jewelry in her possession but we showed Diane and staff we didn't have the jewelry. Mom never got a refund. Now, recently as mentioned above, Diane told mom jewelry was found but still did not apologize or give my mom the refund. So, who's the thief now? It just doesn't seem fair to me.

Overall, I think EstateSales is a great website to find sales near you. However, my experience at the Redlands sale was not the best. I hope they can improve their customer service and communication in the future.
