Disappointing Tissue Box Cover Design & Poor Customer Service from Embroidery Library
So, I got this design from Embroidery Library for a tissue box cover. But when I tried to put it on my standard box, it was way too big. They said it's supposed to be like that, but I don't think so. I can't even show it to anyone or use it. It's just a waste of money. And when I contacted their customer service, they were so rude and arrogant. I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again. It's just a horrible product with horrible customer service.
Embroidery Library: A Go-To for Quality Designs and Top-Notch Instructions
I really like Embroidery Library. They have been my go-to for designs for a long time now. If I try to buy a design that I already have, they let me know. Plus, if I need to find a design from a few years back, they make it easy to retrieve. The designs are never too dense, which is great. And the instructions and hints are top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend Embroidery Library for anyone looking for quality embroidery designs.
Emblibrary: The Go-To for High-Quality Machine Embroidery Designs
I've been doing machine embroidery for almost 2 years now and I gotta say, Emblibrary is my go-to for designs. They've got the best designs that embroider real smooth without all that jumping around and skipped stitches. They've got a ton of designs to choose from, all real cute and cheap. They've got designs for all sorts of hoop sizes too, so you can find something no matter what machine you're using.
And get this, every month they give away 2 different designs in a bunch of different sizes, just for checking in. Plus, they always have a bunch of designs on sale and they do discounts for people who buy from them a lot.
If you've got an embroidery machine, you probably already know about Emblibrary and how great their designs are. You know how important it is to have good digitized work if you want your designs to come out smooth and easy, without looking cheap or messing up your machine. Emblibrary's got instant downloads and they're real easy to work with. They've got literally thousands of designs, all top notch quality, and they stand by their work.
I'm telling you, if you're into machine embroidery, you gotta check out Emblibrary. They've got everything you need to make some real cute stuff.

Embroidery Library Review: Frustrating Experience with Poor Customer Service and Unusable Patterns
I recently made an order for two embroidery patterns from Embroidery Library in September 2022. The patterns themselves are quite beautiful, but unfortunately, the experience of using them has been a complete disaster! I can't even begin to describe how frustrating it has been. I've tried to reach out to the company through their message portal and by phone, but it's been a nightmare. I finally received two return calls today, one at 11:17 am from Jeannie and another at 11:42 am from someone whose name I can't remember. But let me tell you, getting through to them was like pulling teeth! The toll-free number was a complete joke, with the same automated menu and recording playing over and over again.
All I want is a refund for one of the patterns that skipped a whole section on my order. I had planned to use it to make an apron for a client, but now the item is completely unusable and I'll have to replace it. This is not good news for anyone involved, as it will cost both time and money.
To make matters worse, I tried to log into my account three times yesterday and was denied access each time. I had to use new computer-generated passwords to finally get in on the fourth try. I'm so stressed out by this whole experience that I don't even want to look at their website or any of their products anymore. My experience with Embroidery Library has been pure crap, if you catch my drift. All I want is to be refunded for the two patterns I purchased in September 2022 and to be done with this organization. Please don't bother calling me, as I won't be taking any calls from Emblibrary.com.
Sincerely,
Cynthia Boone

Embroidery Library's "Lace" Designs are Misleading & Disappointing - Buyer Beware!
I bought a design pack from Embroidery Library and it was supposed to have "lace" designs in it. But when I stitched out one of the designs, it fell apart. There were no connecting parts to hold it together and I was lucky that the other designs were dense enough to stay together after dissolving the stabilizer. I went to their website to see if I had done something wrong, but I found out that they had changed the name of the design pack. I think they did this because they received many complaints about the same issue I had.
So I contacted the company to ask about the designs and I found out that they were meant to be stitched on fabric and not actually lace designs. "Sammi" told me that the designs were meant to look like lace, but they were not actually lace designs. Their lace designs would have the word "lace" in them. I was confused because when I bought the design pack, it did contain the word "lace" in the title.
Long story short, they did not offer me any sort of compensation or discount for being a long-time customer and having an issue with their product. I was very disappointed with their customer service. I won't be buying from them again and I will be taking all the referrals I sent to them over the years with me.
I am part of a large group of ladies who believe in supporting companies that take care of their customers when issues arise. Meredith, the second person who replied to me, was just as useless with customer service as the first person.
For your information, the design pack I purchased was called A lot Like Lace Snowflakes Design Pack, but it's now called Light and Lovely Snowflakes. These designs were not the only ones I had problems with over the years. When I brought these issues to their attention, their response was always that it must be my machine. Really?
Buyers beware of this place. There are so many other places to buy quality designs.
