with the work. The workers were not professional and left a mess behind. The sealcoating job was sloppy and uneven. The cracks in the driveway were not properly filled. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality of work and the lack of communication from Elite Paving & Sealcoatings. I would not recommend them for any paving or sealcoating projects.

The new crew who did our big, stamped patio was great! They were professional and their work was beautiful! I give the crew and finished product 5 stars. I chose 4 stars overall because the timeline was not accurately communicated and the project got started very late, only after contacting the owner directly. Again, the finished product was beautiful and my hope is that this company will work to improve customer communications in the future.

On July 10th, I paid half down for a service of installing a concrete floor and was promised 8 to 10 weeks. They didn't even try to install it. They won't give me a refund either. I've tried many times to find out why I haven't gotten the service I paid for when they said I would. I think this company is not honest because they keep making promises they can't keep. They also don't have any morals because they won't give me my money back.

We made a deal with Elite to fix our driveway. We gave them some money and they cashed the check a year ago. We've called them a bunch of times and went to their place. When we went there, the lady at the desk was nice. The owner wouldn't even talk to us. The guy who came to our house and gave us the deal, ***, has called a few times to say he'll put us on their schedule. He's used covid, the weather, and everything else as an excuse. He called and said they'd come on a day but didn't show up. We have a paper with the deal we signed, and I have notes and dates of when we called the place and ***. They told us Oct. 2021, then they said March 2022, then they said July 2022, then they said August 2022. We need help. We gave them $2500.00.

I signed a contract with Elite Paving & Sealcoatings in Lima, Ohio back in June for a patio installation at my home. They said it would be done by September . But it's now October , and I haven't heard anything from them unless I reach out first. And even then, their responses are vague and they often don't reply. I decided to leave a review on their Facebook page, and the owner, ***, was really rude. He threw his alleged recent covid complaints in my face and threatened to take me off their waitlist and refund my money. It seems like this company is taking on a lot of projects but only fulfilling some of them. And they're also rude to other customers who have similar complaints. I don't want a refund, and I don't want to see this business fail. All I want is the patio I paid for a year and a half ago.

In July, I signed a contract and gave a deposit of $6250 to Elite Concrete Creations to fix the asphalt parking lot, seal it, stripe it, and repair a concrete walk at ***. They were also supposed to repair the concrete sidewalks at ***. But guess what? It's July 1, and Elite still hasn't even started the work! Can you believe it? I've been bugging their sales rep, ***, for the past year, asking them to either do the work or give me my money back so I can find someone else. I even told *** in our last chat that they had until July 1, to finish up or give me a refund. This is a commercial building that I'm leasing out, and according to my lease agreement, I'm responsible for maintaining the parking lot and the outside of the building, including all the entrances.

Elite Paving & Sealcoatings was recommended to me for cement replacement around my home, earlier this year, by a friend. I called and an appointment was set up with ***. Things sounded good and he did say they were behind because of COVID but they could do my home. The contract and a $2500.00 cashier check, "half down to hold a spot" in May . I called to check on how soon they were coming in July and asked them to please keep me updated and he said he would. Towards the end of August I called him again and he said that I was coming up to be done in about 4 weeks but should be sooner. So I asked that if I do not here from him in 4 weeks I should call him and he said no they should be there in 3 weeks and he would call ahead. I was not able to call him for 6 weeks, he had never kept in contact with me. I called 10/30 for a return on my deposit. *** was rude and unprofessional on the phone and so far no deposit has been returned to me.

They came on July 7, to give me an estimate on my driveway. They asked me when I wanted it done, and I told them I wasn't in a hurry, just wanted it done by October before winter came in 2020. They then told me no problem, and I signed the contract and gave them half down, which was 2,338.25. Since then, they have never reached out to me to let me know what's going on. I've called them every couple of months to see where I was, and I keep getting the same response. We're behind because of COVID, and you're still on the list. Can't give you an exact date, but you're moving up. It's been over a year. Called yesterday, August 18, and they said things are moving, but still have a lot ahead of you and still can't give me a date. I could have had it done already by someone else or been collecting interest on my money I gave them. I wouldn't have signed a contract and put half down if I knew it wasn't going to be done last year like they promised me. Would like the job done right or money back to go elsewhere. Poor business ship.

On November 19th, Elite Concrete did my driveway. But, like, less than a week later, it rained a little and I had, like, so many puddles of water just sitting there for days. I called the company so many times, but I couldn't even leave a voicemail. Finally, I got in touch with the owner, ***. He came over and checked it out and was like, "Yeah, my bad." But all he suggested was cutting more "lines" in the driveway to let the water drain. I kept calling and waiting forever for a response, and he said he'd replace some of the messed up parts, but not all of them. Now, he won't even answer my texts about scheduling the repairs. He's saying it's because of the ground being uneven and wants to prove it with some fancy engineering survey. But, like, come on! If the ground was the problem, they should've told me before they started the work. This is just bad work and bad ethics from his employees.
