This here company, Rosce Jewelers, ain't all it's cracked up to be. They got some sneaky advertising on their website, let me tell ya. They say they sell synthetic or man made diamonds, but that ain't the truth. What they really sell is just a diamond simulant, which ain't the same as a real natural diamond or synthetic diamond. It don't got the same element or chemical compound, ya know?

So I asked 'em for a refund when I found out, and boy oh boy, they gave me a lot of trouble with that. They said it was gonna be "hassle free" in their Returns and Refunds policies, but that was a bunch of baloney. They made it real difficult for me to get my money back.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Rosce Jewelers to anyone. They ain't honest about what they sell and they don't make it easy to get a refund. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your jewelry needs.

I gotta tell ya, I'm from Ireland and I've bought a ton of stuff from Rosch Jewellers. And let me tell you, every single thing I've gotten from them has been top notch. I mean, seriously, I love it all.

I gotta say, I'm lovin' my Monette 4 prong diamond necklace from Rosce Jewelers. It's in white gold vermeil and let me tell ya, it looks like the real deal. I've got a real diamond tennis bracelet and you can't even tell the difference between the two. I went with the 16" length so it would sit just right on my neckline. And get this, it's 100% tarnish free and hypoallergenic. That's a major bonus in my book.

If you're lookin' to add some bling to your everyday jeans and t-shirt or dress up your LBD (that's little black dress for those who don't know), then I highly recommend this necklace. It's got that elegant look and feel that'll make you feel like a million bucks. Trust me, you won't regret it.

I bought 3 bracelets and earrings from Rosce Jewelers, but I had some issues with my purchase. The earrings didn't close properly, and the gold bracelets didn't look as good as I thought they would. The white gold bracelet was too big for my wrist, and I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. I also wanted to return the other bracelets for earrings, but unfortunately, they don't offer refunds. I felt like this was a scam, and I was disappointed that they didn't want to help me with my exchange. Also, I'm not sure if the stones in the jewelry are real diamonds, as they don't look as shiny as I expected.

Overall, I'm not satisfied with my experience with Rosce Jewelers. I feel like they should have been more helpful with my exchange, and I'm not sure about the quality of their products. I recently had a not-so-great experience with Rosce Jewelers. I purchased an item from their website, which promised "no hassle" returns. However, when I received the product, I was disappointed with the quality. I decided to return it and was told that because it was on sale, it was not eligible for a refund. I was frustrated, but I insisted on a refund anyway.

That's when things got even more complicated. I was informed that I had to ship the item all the way to China, at my own expense, via a trackable method. I was given instructions to underreport the value as less than $10 for customs tax reasons. I had to take photos of the package and mailing label and email them to the company.

I was shocked at the cost of the return. Even with UPS, it was $130, and even USPS was over $35 and would take two to three weeks to arrive at the destination in China: Shenzhen, Guangdong. I was told that I would not receive my refund until my package was received and "inspected."

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with Rosce Jewelers. The quality of the product was not up to par, and the return process was a nightmare. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality jewelry and a hassle-free return policy.

So, I was just scrolling through the internet, minding my own business, when I stumbled upon Rosce Jewelers' website. And let me tell you, I was instantly hooked! I mean, who wouldn't be? Their jewelry is absolutely stunning! I couldn't resist the urge to buy myself a diamond ring and matching earrings. I mean, come on, we all need a little pick-me-up during these lockdown blues, right?

After placing my order, I eagerly waited for my goodies to arrive. But, as luck would have it, there were some postal delays due to the pandemic and the festive season. However, every time I wrote to enquire about my order, the team at Rosce Jewelers was so friendly and kind. They kept me updated on my order and assured me that it was on its way.

Finally, my package arrived and I was over the moon! The jewelry was even more beautiful than I had imagined, and the packaging was just gorgeous. I couldn't wait to show it off to all my friends and family.

But, as with any online purchase, there were a few hiccups along the way. I had accidentally sent the wrong measurements for my ring, so it was too big. But, when I contacted customer service, they were so understanding and offered to send me a new ring with only the cost of delivery. I was blown away by their amazing response!

And then, to top it off, one of the stones fell out of my earring. I think it might have been due to the heat, but I'm not sure. Once again, I contacted customer service and they gave me some tips on how to fix it. But, when I couldn't fix it myself, they offered to send me replacement earrings free of charge!

Now, I won't lie, it wasn't all smooth sailing. But, what I can say is that the products are absolutely gorgeous and just as they look in the ad. And, more importantly, you can trust Rosce Jewelers to come through for you when faced with difficulties. They handle everything so kindly, politely, and respectfully. It's no wonder they have such great reviews!

So, thank you Rosce Jewelers for making me feel like a VIP. I will definitely be shopping with you again in the future!

This company, Rosce Jewelers, is a complete disaster. I don't even know where to start with all the issues I had with them. I ordered a tennis necklace and a few other items as gifts, but the first red flag was when I was charged an international tax fee even though their website claimed they were based in San Francisco. Now, their website says they're in Chino, CA, but who knows where they really are.

I placed two separate orders to make sure the gifts were shipped in one box and the necklace was shipped in a separate box. But Rosce Jewelers decided to combine the orders and ship everything in one box, even though I specifically requested otherwise. They shipped the products in separate satin bags, but only one box. And to make matters worse, the box had a Shenzhen address, not California as they claim.

When I opened the box, I immediately noticed that they sent the wrong necklace. I contacted them over 10 times, but they refused to offer a refund or send the correct product. Instead, they offered a percentage off a new product and $50, but these couldn't be used at the same time. I was so frustrated that I started leaving negative reviews everywhere I could.

Rosce Jewelers contacted me and offered me both the percentage off and $50 concurrently, but only if I deleted all my negative reviews. I refused, and then I noticed that they were deleting negative reviews from their Instagram page and Trustpilot. They were even replacing them with fake positive reviews that didn't say anything about the products or the experience.

I also found out that they were stealing photos from other jewelry companies and using them as their own. And now, they're sending fake cease and desist emails to anyone who leaves a negative review.

Please, please, please check reviews and Reddit before buying anything from Rosce Jewelers. They claim to sell diamonds, but they're not even CZ. They claim to be American, but they ship from China. And worst of all, they're abusive to their customers.

Update: Now that my reviews are gaining attention, Rosce Jewelers has finally emailed me and replied to this review. They're willing to come to an "amicable" resolution over a year after they refused to give me a refund or exchange. I'm not holding my breath.
