I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent purchase of a car from EchoPark Automotive in Dallas, Texas on December 9, 2023.

Upon the initial test drive, the vehicle showcased a premium standard, complete with BMW-branded floor mats and a promising presentation. However, my experience post-purchase has been marred by several concerning discrepancies that have surfaced, rendering the overall quality and promised assurances questionable.

Firstly, within a mere five days of taking possession of the car, I discovered that the floor mats, which initially bore the prestigious BMW logo during the test drive, had been replaced with non-original mats. Not only are these replacements substandard, but the driver-side mat is noticeably undersized and constantly shifts out of place, compromising safety and comfort during driving.

Additionally, despite highlighting during the test drive that the tires lacked sufficient air and were accompanied by a warning sign, which I reported to the sales representative, the issue remained unaddressed. It was explicitly assured that this concern would be rectified during the final detailing at their shop, yet the matter was neglected entirely, leaving the tires in an unacceptable condition.

Furthermore, upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the car's wheel-locking lug nuts were missing, alongside the absence of the vehicle's essential tool kit in the trunk. The glaring absence of necessary equipment such as a jack, wheel changing kit, and wheel lug nut poses a severe safety risk and is a stark contradiction to the meticulous 190-point inspection claimed on your website, specifically listing "Panel working lights" and "Tool kit, tire inflator kit, and jack, power outlets front and rear."

Regrettably, my attempts to address these alarming discrepancies with both the sales representative and the manager were met with denial and a reluctance to rectify the situation by replacing the floor mats, tool kits, and lug nuts, despite clear evidence and the dealership's advertised assurances.

As a customer, I trusted your dealership's integrity and commitment to delivering a high-quality product in adherence to the promised standards. However, the evident oversight and dismissal of these critical issues have left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned for my safety while driving the purchased vehicle.

I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these deficiencies, including the provision of original floor mats, installation of the missing lug nuts, and ensuring the inclusion of the essential vehicle tool kit as advertised. I kindly request your prompt response and resolution to restore my confidence in your dealership's credibility and commitment to customer satisfaction.
