Dream AU Pair NZ review: Inverted au pairs by dream au pair nz

My name is [edited], my ex partner [edited] has employed several au pairs from dream au pair NZ. In 27 May 2019 my son sustained a 2 m high head injury with no first aid as the au pair Stephanie was not trained sufficiently and did not call an ambulance or take my son to hospital to treat his concussion/ head injury. Then in 2022 my children have been driven around by Chantal without an NZ license. I am filing a formal complaint, the level of training of dream au pairs is not safe and crosses a line of unlawful misconduct pressured to act outside the au pair's scope of practice. I am further concerned they do not have sufficient training in abuse and support if they witness child abuse in their host family.
