I gotta say, I gave Doucce a try and I gotta say, their lip gloss and mascara ain't too shabby. The lip gloss is a bit sticky, but it's nothing too crazy. It still gives my lips a nice shine and keeps them looking luscious. As for the mascara, it definitely did the trick in curling my lashes. So, I got this little sample of Doucce Freematic blush from Ipsy and I was like, "hey, this color is pretty dope!" So, I went ahead and ordered it from the Doucce website. But, when I got it, I was like, "what the heck? This thing is tiny!" Like, seriously, it's the size of an eyeshadow. And, let me tell you, it's a real struggle to get it onto a blush brush. Like, come on Doucce, what's up with that? I can't be the only one who wants a blush that's actually blush-sized. So, I'm gonna have to find another brand that knows how to make a proper blush in the right size. Doucce, you gotta step up your game if you want me to keep buying your products.

I ordered some stuff from Doucce.com on December 6th. I spent $80 on it, which is a lot of money for me. But then they went and charged me $26 more than they were supposed to. I was pretty mad about that, but they did give me my money back a week or two later, so I guess it's all good.

But now it's December 21st and I still haven't gotten my stuff. I checked the tracking info they sent me and it says they haven't even shipped it yet! What the heck, Doucce? I emailed their customer service last week and they said they'd look into it, but I haven't heard anything since. So I emailed them again a few days ago and told them to just cancel my order and give me my money back. But they still haven't responded! I even emailed them again yesterday and still nothing.

I'm getting pretty frustrated with this whole thing. I just want my money back at this point. I mean, I was excited to try out their products, but if this is how they treat their customers, I don't think I want anything to do with them. So if anyone from Doucce is reading this, please give me my refund!

I even tried calling them, but the phone just cut me off after a recording. It's been over a week now, and I still haven't heard anything from them.

I did some research on Doucce, and I found out that their whois domain registration is hidden from the public, which seems a little sketchy to me. I also looked them up on the Better Business Bureau, but there was no listing for them there. All of this makes me think that there's something fishy going on with this company.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Doucce. I was excited to try their makeup, but now I'm not sure if I'll ever get it. It's frustrating that they won't respond to my messages or calls, and it's concerning that they seem to be hiding their information from the public. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company until they can prove that they're a legitimate and reliable business.
