I placed my order on January 15th and their delivery policy stated that I should receive my filters between January 20th and January 29th. However, according to their order tracking system, my order has been at a processing facility since January 25th with no further updates. I decided to call their customer service today to inquire about the status of my order. Unfortunately, they informed me that my order was probably lost.
