Great company and outstanding support from Field Rep ***. Walked us through every *** of the roof replacement process. Crew was friendly and professional and did a thorough clean up when finished. Roof looks great!

I was very satisfied with pinnacle they were organized they came out they gave me a quote and they also help me with financing a brand new roof I would recommend them to anyone and I am now a happy camper.

We love our windows, they were custom made for the house which was built in ***. The whole process was great from beginning to end. My only regret is they don't do doors as well . I will gladly rate them a low 5. Nothing is perfect.

The Nashville office are slow on delivery. Behind on project. And fails to communicate with the customer. Want return calls, or give any information when will the be able to start on the roof. When they are already behinds. Months on the completions of what was promised in the beginning

I contracted with Pinnacle to replace both my roof and my siding. I found them to be courteous, professional and honest. There was an issue with securing the materials for my job due to Covid, but as soon as they became available, they were at my door ready to go. Both jobs looked great when they were completed. I highly recommend them for any roofing or siding that you need to be done.

Great folks to deal with from Rob, my initial salesman to the siding contractors, quality materials, site super, to the office personnel, everyone and everything was handled with care. We ordered windows from Pinnacle in July . We had a rocky *** since their salesman quit mid-order but they rallied to install around October. We got the half screens at that time. By spring we discovered those half screens didn't keep out bugs and asked for full screens. Again we had multiple emails and calls to get the full screens but their customer service did manage to get us the screens after a few months. All in all the windows are fantastic, the install was fast and well managed, and except for the hiccups with customer service everything was wonderful. I will chalk up the long wait time for screens to COVID. Pinnacle is a solid group.

Contracted siding installation... SNR ConStruction Company arrived to start and complete job. One dumpster and a trailer arrived for a one dumpster job. Informed SNR could make more money recycling material so they dumped trash from the personal trailer into the dumpster and loaded trailer. Trailer was removed in a timely manner while dumpster remained for several days after multiple calls. Two patches of roofing was placed on house where siding should have been and when I complained I was told it that was not the work of Pinnacle. I showed before and after pictures I was told that is how it was supposed to be. Damages to roof. Damages to flower bed. Damages to deck. Simply poor quality of work. Reached out to speak with the owner. Currently awaiting resolution.

Pinnacle is the worst company there is I would not advise no one to use them. A salesman came out to do my fascia boards he quoted me a price of *** I asked him are you sure that's going to be the price he said yes when I got the *** in the mail it was over *** dollars. I called the salesman and he said no that's the wrong price he said let me call the company we finance through he called me back and said that he had got it straight and the *** is still over ***. He also asked me how much I made a month I didn't meet the payment qualifications and he said don't worry I can make this happen where you will meet the qualifications and he did he lied because I didn't qualify. Any one that use them will regret it they are the worst company use them at your own risk.

My experience with Pinnacle Home Improvements was outstanding! Specifically, *** (my direct contact at Pinnacle) worked with my field adjuster to point out all the damage that was caused by the storm. He then spent time with me and my wife to help us understand the claim process and was very detailed while explaining the contract. He answered ALL our questions before, during, and after the work was completed. He then worked with the desk adjuster to provide the documentation necessary to obtain our final payment. The entire process was very smooth and performed in a timely fashion.

I highly recommend if any home improvements are needed you work with Pinnacle Home Improvement. And if given the opportunity to work directly with ***, as he is the consummate professional.

Due to the pandemic things got off to a slow start. From the beginning we had a couple of issues, our salesperson did not tell us that we should take things off the walls, we found out when pictures and art started rattling and one picture fell and then I work from home and they cut the internet cable. I will say the siding looks great, but we also ordered gutters with domes, since I am unable to climb the ladder i could not confirm if they were installed properly. After a rain storm there was a leak inside at the edge of the ceiling. I called, they came out, said i needed to clean my gutters, but fixed the shingle that was tucked into the gutter at the spot where the leak occurred. There were two places where the gutters were not installed correctly. Apparently they did not install the dome (guards). Still, I did not have a leak until they installed the gutters, they said that my old roof is this issue. I had to pay for someone to clean my gutters, this was done by cash, so no receipt. They will not reimburse for that reason and feel they are not liable for the leak. My roof has not had a leak in 20 years and it is seems funny that I have one now. When i called about the guards, they acted as if I was in the wrong for their error, not wanting to give me a date on a call back or completing the install. Once I had a call back, they told me when they were going to finish the install, but didn't ask if it was a time available for me. The only reason I selected this company was based on reviews on the ComplaintsBoard.com. This has not been a good experience for our family.
