I have had roof, siding and gutters done by M&M and highly recommend them. My sales rep *** K helped me choose a siding color and texture that was just right for my home and helped me through the entire process. After work began I appreciated the almost daily onsite follow-up by ***, the field superintendent who ensured I was completely satisfied every step of the way. And the on-site team led by *** answered my every question and did a beautiful job. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was very much appreciated. Thank you to the entire M&M team!

From start to finish a wonderful experience. No high pressure sales from *** the sales rep who took his time and answered all my questions. The installers were fabulous hard workers (Yannick *** They were respectful of our home and were careful to clean up after each days work. Last but not least many thanks to the office staff that pulls it all together. Our windows are beautiful! We are so much warmer and we cant get over how quiet the house is. The new windows block out the street noise. Loving the new windows and looking forward to working with M&M again in the near future.

Had soffits and facia replaced on my home. Once material arrived and work started it went quickly and the crew were easy to work with. I deducted one star only because it would have been helpful to have better updates on material shortages and crew availability. We were only told there would be delays after the initial date had come and gone and I called to inquire 4 days later. We were told there would be a delay and I had to contact them again a month later to inquire where we were at with the schedule. Proactive communication would have been preferable. Once completed the work was beautiful at a very fair price.

M&M Home Remodeling Services did an AWESOME job from start to finish. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of work that was performed. Their bid was reasonable given the quality of their work. All aspects of the job were communicated clearly, everyone showed up on time and the work was completed in a timely fashion. The crew did not stop working until the entire job was finished and I was satisfied. In addition, their crew cleaned everything up after the job was finished. I want to thank you and all your staff for the outstanding work they did. I would recommend your company to anyone looking into getting a new roof.

I just had gutters installed M & M. The contractors, installers, office staff, all with whom I came in contact were very professional and extremely kind. The installers were efficient and fun to watch. Their team work was something to watch. My neighbors even commented on how they came in, did the job, left the yard perfectly clean. Mr,Crane, came by after the crew finished to inspect and get completion signatures. He was very helpful with all follow-up. Everything was handled quickly, professionally and efficiently. I had a new roof done by M & M about 8 or so years ago. They were then, as now, very good at what they do. I highly recommend M & M Home Remodeling Services.

I had M&M replace my roof last year (complete tear-off), and my aluminum siding/soffit/fascia this year (to replace the wood siding/soffit/fascia). Sales did a great job explaining everything and making color suggestions for both jobs. They kept me informed during the projects (emails, calls, texts). The crews did a really nice job, including clean-up. Though M&M wasnt the least expensive of the quotes I received, they also werent the most expensive. I chose M&M for their professionalism as well as their warranties on the materials/labor. I definitely would recommend that you (as a consumer) at least call them to obtain a quote. I believe the value for the money spent was worth it.

We hired M+M Home Remodeling to tear-off and re-shingle part of our roof. This included replacing some of the sheathing underneath which in some areas was in pretty bad shape. It also included a small section that was almost flat and required a different material. Their estimate for the project was fair and competitive, and from beginning to end all our interactions with M+M were professional and courteous. I watched them work and climbed on the roof before, during, and after the job to look things over and am very satisfied and pleased with their work. They also cleaned up the jobsite. I would 100% recommend them and use them again! Thanks Very Much to the hard-working and polite guys at M+M!

M&M won out after an extensive vendor eval process that had us talking to many (most?) of the south suburban roofing companies: Byrne-Johnson, G&L, Affordable All-Pro, and New Age Construction (avoid these guys). We were replacing a flat roof on a two-story, six-unit rental building. Their combination of material choice (TPO over modified bitumen), price and warranty led us to sign with them. They delivered precisely as specified: on time, with the correct materials, properly and carefully applied. It was a great experience and, while this is kind of a minor thing, I appreciate that they use ACH for funds withdrawal from my bank account, rather than having a mail a paper check. They also took our calls off-hours and explained everything they were doing in great detail. Highly recommended.

last sat. i had the whole roof redone.. there was pictures taken of the whole process.. i received them on my text.. the workers done a amazing job. .with the work .. replacing bad wood.. all of it looked great.. the cleanup was amazing.. from sides of the yard. ,front, back. driveway.. all cleaned up.. nothing left on the lawn or driveway.. i also received a message from a consultant.. making sure if i had any questions or concerns.. i was very impressed with everything. .can't wait for my windows to get put in soon...i would highly recommend this company . i have the yard signs still in my yard.. so people in the subdivision can see the work that was done.. many thanks to m&mhome remodeling svc.. great job! ***, *** i would definitely give this company 5+stars...10/18

We called on M&M for replacement of 23 year old gutter (they were new when the house was new and we were younger!). M&M also did some needed roof repair. To say that the work was done promptly and well is to fail to sufficiently praise the people who were responsible for this project: Josh *** was there with info and estimates quickly. The gutters and roof were handled with the proverbial no muss, no fuss. And, perhaps most important, when we decided the downspouts on the gutters needed extending for the sake of our landscaping, Steve *** was there, zip, zap, zoom and done. For many reasons, this is a high stress time for lots of people. Therefore, no stress rock-solid businesses doing quality work with attentive customer service are to be applauded--and well reviewed. Five stars because you don't have six in the rating system. Would recommend highly and will call again M&M again when further work is needed.

I hired M&M for a SECOND time, I was so pleased with the installation of my roof that I called them again, this time to replace the doors in my home. My team was awesome, I first like that the same people who worked on the roofing project was assigned to work with me on this project so I was familiar with everyone. They guided me through the process of selection and purchase with no issues. On the day of installation I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and product. They arrived on time went over the installation with me to ensure I understood everything they would be doing and once they finished made sure I was pleased and that I understood warranty and care from my 3 doors. I really appreciate that they took the time to listen without being pushy, honest about every step of the process and made me feel like I was family and I appreciate this. I would and have recommended them to anyone that's how much I value M&M.

We used M&M Home Remodeling to remove old vinyl *** and install evening blue *** on a 120+ year old home in ***. Our home had multiple additions and renovations over the decades which had different substrates and nuances to consider. *** was upfront, honest, and responsive during the proposal process and worked with me seamlessly on several contract modifications. *** was the superintendent on the job and ensured that the project was up to his and my standards and was very reasonable and responsive. As with any job there were a few issues but *** and team made sure everything was fixed and did not uncover unexpected cost overages as other contractors (roofing etc) have done in the past. In fact, they went above and beyond and kept their word. The installation team was hard working, polite, and did a good job cleaning up at the end of the day. We are very happy with the results and would 100% recommend the M&M Team.

The roofers were unsupervised and were trying to work as fast as possible. Roofing shingles hit windows, damaged our pergola, destroyed plants, crashed onto our generator, air-conditioning unit, and our copper entrance roof, our metal roof finials were broken and they piled garbage in my neighbor's yard. After complaining to the M&M office, roofers started to be more careful, but the damage was already done. Garbage from the site was blowing into neighbors' yard and the nature areas across from my house. They fixed the pergola got the marks off the generator and semi-straightened the finials, but no one wants to see their home needlessly damaged. The gutters took 4 days because the first day they weren't told how tall my house was so they had the wrong ladders, 2nd day they had the wrong color gutters, 3rd day halfway through they ran out of the right color and had the wrong color again, and finally finished on the fourth. We still find garbage in our yard and in the nature area and it was such a hassle dealing with their people that we stopped fighting to have the plants replaced. We have video and pictures with all the damage, but some times you are just done with a company. M&M were going to do our windows but there is no way we would ever use them again and they have lost 2 other customers in our neighborhood seeing what we had to go through and all the garbage. Hopefully the gutters and roof are good, but the rest of the experience was so bad. I would not recommend M&M.

I searched for 5-star roofers in May. I narrowed four companies down to one, and before calling that one, I was on my way home on June 5th and saw a van with an M&M advertisement on my street and communicated with the driver, ***. We made an appointment; *** took a thorough look at my home and detailed everything I needed. *** began to identify the excessive heat and poor ventilation that I was experiencing. I wondered how he could know because he doesn't live here. He expressed his compassion on my ventilation situation and stated that his goal was to ensure that I get a proper roof and the required ventilation. Otherwise, I'd be in the same condition. *** suggested the raindrop gutter guard and described all of the benefits. Pointed out that I had five gutters on my house. It was indeed a horrific sight. I requested and received an estimate the next day. *** made it hard because I still had this other company who was terrific! *** was so polite, humble, professional, thorough, truthful, and patient. All of this is what *** me to M&M. I knew this before I signed the contract. Three of the previous companies traveled far, but there were no connections. A hiccup could have prevented the work, but *** and *** accommodated my request. Thank You! I appreciated the notifications propelling me to the next step and keeping me informed of my status throughout the process. Wisdom is justified in the decision made to partner with M&M.
