i would like to thank the Sales person by the name of Sharon who provided excellent service and generosity when i returned my Nintendo Switch Carrycase. The refund amount was R699 and i did not have any change on me so she without any question paid R1 from her own pocket so that i leave with R700. although it is a small amount but it shows her willingness to go the extra mile for her company to ensure speedy and efficient service.
