Diapers.com Nightmare!

I had a terrible experience with www.diapers.com! Ordered some diapers for my baby and received the wrong size, they were too big! I immediately contacted customer service and asked for an exchange and they agreed. Then they said that first I have to return the wrong ones and after that they'll give me a store credit. And that I can buy the correct size using my store credit. So I did as they said and finally bought another pack. But that was not the end! They sent me the wrong ones again! I was extremely angry and demanded my money back, but they refused and then they just stopped replying! This company is terrible!

Diapers.com Very disappointed!

I received a discount promo code from Diapers as a first time customer and ordered some diapers from them. The ones I received were too big so I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. They agreed and said that first I have to sent back the incorrect ones. I did as they said and decided to order again. When I placed my second order and applied the code they gave me it was not working. Contacted Diapers again and asked about the code and they said that I already used it on my first order. I asked for another one and they refused. But it was not my fault, they sent me the wrong size! Terrible experience! I'm very disappointed!

Diapers.com Wasteful packaging

Diapers.com ships diapers in oversized boxes with bubble wrap... to protect them from what? They pack the diapers better than Toshiba packed my laptop whent they sent it to me. Wasteful packaging. I called and they said they would put a note on my account. They did it again, I called, they said the note was not entered properly so it was ignored when packaging. They did it again, I called, they said they can't change their shipping policies. They want to make sure that none of their customers has a complaint about damaged items. I asked them how often they get complaints about broken diapers.

Diapers.com Can not refund for similac powder

I have bought 6 pack similac powder in www.diapers.com (order no 5772104).Recently, Similac company has voluntary recalled affected powder. I was found that all of powder I bought was in recalled list.I mailed to diapers customer center request to resolve this things, because I have ship these powder out of America to china . It is hard to return the box to Similac company. But they said they cannot handle these things unless return these powder to company.According to their return policy, " If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 365 days of the sale date and issue a full refund."
I want the website deal with these things and refund me directly.Then Similac reimburses the seller.

I have no sympathy for you. Diapers.com only delivers to the United States. What you do with it once it leaves the United States is your responsibility; not the company's.
