! I booked a trip with Dial4Travel and the price they advertised was way lower than what I ended up paying. And when I called them out on it, they didn't even try to make it right. They just kept insisting that I had agreed to the higher price. It's like they don't even care about customer satisfaction.

To make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund, they gave me the runaround for weeks. I had to call them multiple times and each time I got a different excuse for why they couldn't process my refund. It was so frustrating!

I would never recommend Dial4Travel to anyone. They're just out to make a quick buck and they don't care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and book with a different travel agency.

Dial4Travel is a complete rip-off! I strongly suggest that you steer clear of them. I had the misfortune of booking a ticket with them during the pandemic, and Eric, the guy I spoke to, asked me to pay a deposit of 250 quid. Later on, I found out that I would have to isolate for 10 days, which meant that the ticket would cost more. So, I asked for my money back, but guess what? Dial4Travel hasn't refunded me yet! Can you believe it? I'm so angry right now. I mean, what kind of company does that to their customers? It's just not right. I'm never booking with them again, and I suggest you don't either.

If I click the call back option, someone always answers within seconds, but they all have foreign accents and use generic names like Mike, Will, Sam, Paul, Jenni, Rachel, and Laura. It's insulting to my intelligence to think that these are their real names.

He told me the flight I booked was no longer available and that I had booked a flight that was already fully booked. He said he had tried to call me, but I didn't receive any calls. Sandy offered me alternative flights for ?990, which was more expensive than my original booking, and the flight times meant I would be in Bali for 6 days instead of 7. I told him this wasn't acceptable as I had already booked non-refundable accommodation in Bali for a week. Sandy blamed me for not answering my phone and said his policy was to only make a phone call. I asked why I wasn't emailed if he couldn't get hold of me on the phone, but he didn't have an answer. I got angry and continuously asked for answers, but I got nowhere. I asked for a refund, and they promised to refund me the next working day, but it took 5 days. Overall, I had a terrible experience with Dial4Travel, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
