Park by App Parking scam @ Deerfield Beach!

Parking scam @ Deerfield Beach! Deerfield beach parking scam! I parked in a lot, walked less than 10 feet away to *** my fee, returned to a $38 ticket. I apparently paid at the "wrong" kiosk. The one I was "supposed" to pay at was hidden half way back in the lot, between vehicles. And when you try to call and get any kind of resolution, there's no answer, just a generic voicemail that never gets a call back if you leave a message! Complete scam and now I either pay or risk having my driver's license be endangered due to unpaid tickets.

Business Response Please see the attached two pictures of the signs from the actual day the parking notice was issued, these pictures were taken from the attendant writing the notice. In addition, each parking stall has a sign with instructions in front of it, and the entrance/exit to the entire parking facility has signs warning the patrons not pay the meter on street. Parkbyapp has sufficient signage, with instructions for the patrons of this parcel. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Sign or no signs, there is still a kiosk two feet away from where I parked and I paid there. That kiosk did NOT have any signs saying that it was the city's kiosk and not the Park by App kiosk. It's still a huge scam. Deerfield beach city needs to boot you all out of this one tiny random parking lot so there is no confusion. Everywhere else around this one tiny spot accepts the payments from the kiosk we used. You all are being purposefully sneaky and deceitful and it's ridiculous and unacceptable. Why dont any of your pictures show the kiosk where I paid? The one that was literally 2 feet away from my truck? Or show your kiosk which is hidden away, tucked into the back of the lot? Because your scamming people and you know it. Unacceptable. period. Business Response Park By App agrees to void the notice as a one time courtesy. Again, why don't any of your pics show the kiosk I paid at that was 2 feet away from my parking space?
