Letter to Dentalworks:
I have tried the attorney general's office, BBB, the clinics themselves and nobody responds. Most recently, on 4/15/24 I called the Beachwood office where I currently go for dental services and spoke to a receptionist who took a message for the office manager regarding this issue and she never called back. My account balance has been incorrect for years now! It started at Macedonia office who billed for some services after adjusting charges after the claims were submitted. The office tried to bill me for the portion that my insurance didn't cover AFTER there was already a settled amount and I paid my portion. My insurance company said those charges should of been written off. Let me reinforce that I ALWAYS pay my balance at the end of my visit in the office. I repeatedly called and left messages for the office manager at Macedonia location where I went before it closed, she never returned numerous messages. Then I talked to the last office I went to after Macedonia closed--Garfield Hts. where the receptionist told me twice that they would look into it and fix it but NEVER did. I continue to get these bills monthly and I am really tired of getting the run around. Can you please give me the contact information for your administration?
