I wish all my renovation projects would have been as FANTASTIC as my experience with Decorative Concrete Resurfacing! In less than 2 days they turned the ugly concrete floor in my 3 Seasons Room into a gorgeous decorative floor. Thank you Herminio and your brother for outstanding work! We are thrilled with the fantastic resurfacing of our backyard patio. The design suggestions and selections were expertly presented. The crew leader, Arturo, was a real craftsman with an excellent attention to detail. He took the extra time to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. The daily text communication regarding work times was appreciated as well. Highly recommend!

We have sealed our driveway and porch before with Sundeck from DCR and when we moved we did not hesitate to call them to do it again. Arturo and his crew did a great job despite interuptions from weather. Looks amazing. We also really appreciated the daily project update texts from Melanie. Highly recommend the aggregate effects to give the surface more texture. We definitely recommend this company.

Pool area resurfacing and crack repair was just completed yesterday. Their work exceeded my expectations. Crack lines were not visible after repair. Re-sealing looked great. Very professional and neat. They did all they could to minimize the mess including taping of pillars and placing bubble wrap along the pool edges to keep the water as clean as possible. Highly recommend this company. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately. Great communication.

Decorative Concrete Resurfacing completed our pool deck resurfacing this week and we could not be happier with the results. They sent out the best crew: professional, friendly, neat and hardworking. They listened to our preferences and they delivered exactly what we wanted. The job they did for us looks beautiful! The heat index was over a 100 degrees as they worked, and at the end of the job they were still making sure the little details were right. Longevity of this product will be revealed over time. We will have to reseal it every 5-7 years, but for such a beautiful product, its worth it.

Our garage has been beautifully transformed! Arturo and his crew did an amazing job on our garage floor. They were efficient, courteous and very professional in every way. This is our second engagement in 20 years. They installed our pool deck (before we lived here) and have surfaced and repainted it twice. Great attention to detail, the work site is flawless and the team pleasant to have around our home. Great communication from the office staff, too. We'll se them again in 7 or 8 years unless we come up with another project before that. Also this: the firm supports Living Water International, providing safe drinking water for underserved populations all over the globe.

We have used Decorative Concrete several times over the years--they just finished re-surfacing our patio and did not disappoint! The patio looks great--a first class job, done by a highly competent team. It's not just the high quality of the work, but also the way the company does business. The communication and follow-up is excellent--it's nice to work with people who "do what they say". We will have no hesitation about using Decorative Concrete on any future projects, and recommend them without reservation.

Great company. We got a text each morning to let us know when the crew was coming out and what they were going to do that day. If rain was a delay, we got a text to let us know they would not be out. The crew was hard working, showing up on time and completed the work on time. We did have one issue but the crew was honest and reported it and the problem was resolved. It seems since Covid, customer service is non existent as well as competent honest workers who show up. This company provides the oppositegreat customer service that stays in communication till the job is done.

After having water damage earlier this year, my husband and I went to at least 4 different flooring companies and tried hiring 3 different side-job guys to lay replacement tile. Each time we got burnt - whether we set up an appointment and no one came, or we'd have a company come out and bid us triple what Decorative Concrete Resurfacing charged us just to install the tile because...well they can! I can't thank Decorative Concrete Resurfacing enough for being so reasonably priced, so transparent, and so trustworthy throughout this process. I never once felt like I was being up-sold or overcharged for the services. The company and project team cared that our floors looked nice and it came across just as such. So happy with the results, just wish I would have went this route sooner and saved us from the aggravation the other flooring companies brought on.

A very pleasant experience to say the least! I could not answer the question regarding crew appearance and attitude as I was gone all day and did not meet them. The porch and area was clean of any debris when I got home so I appreciate that from the crew. Had family over this past weekend and all were impressed! I am retired from business but my simple model I lived by was "say what you mean and mean what you say" and DC followed that to the max. I enjoy the look and feel of the "One Day Floor system" and I expect we will get much enjoyment from our screened in porch decking. My one year old grandson who is just learning to walk, was walking all over the porch yesterday and got on his knees and kept rubbing his little hands over the flooring. I have video! We are going to get a lot of enjoyment out of the screened porch and the great looking flooring. Special thanks to Joan and Mel!

Do NOT use Decorative Concrete! We used them for our pool deck, big mistake. We had issues with the spraying of the product not getting under the coping and them flattening out our rounded coping when "knocking" down the texture. Decorative Concrete blamed the flattening of the coping on our concrete installers instead of taking responsibility. When you pay as much as we did, you expect it to be done right. We now need some work done on our pool deck, a few years later, to fix some areas and a possible color change and Decorative Concrete refuses to bid it since we had complaints on initial install. We have contacted Decorative Concrete and they keep giving our emails to her to answer and won't respond to my emails. Decorative Concrete suggested we hire another concrete company and she would sell the product to them. Here is part of her statement "In return, we would want an agreement that you understand that the home office and our local dealership is not responsible for the installation. We will give the proper mixing instructions. Also that you will agree that the matter is concluded and you will not be posting any social media statements." Why would I use a company that is not certified in using the product? They are just trying to make the problem go away and for us to keep quiet. I don't call that customer service!

I purchased a concrete garage sealant from this company on 9/8. I was aware that the product came with a three year warranty, but was also told that this poly-urea sealant for my concrete floor would not come up and that was one of the selling points of this product that it would not come up. That is the reason why I decided to purchase this product for a total sum of $4500.00 dollars. I was told it is guaranteed to not come up. In order to repair the area the want to charge me $150.00 dollars an hour for up to 3-4 hours, which is ridiculous also the area in question is next to a wall, which no one even walks. They have ignored my requests to discuss the matter and it is like they do not even care. This does not include the discoloration (Yellowing) from the spots on my floor. None of this was disclosed at the time of purchase. I have sent a couple of messages to the business along with spoke to the inventor of the Polyrea product with no contact from him as well. Pretty bad business practices if you ask me. This floor was really expensive and not what I expected nor is this business standing behind there product.
