I was lookin' fer some glasses fer readin' and computin' on the interweb, and Debby Burk's establishment called DebSpecs showed up on my radar. I decided to give 'em a call, and the customer service person was jus' a delight to talk to - helpful as all get out. She walked me through the website, and I found the glasses what were perfect fer me! Them there glasses are multifocal, which is great 'cause I like to read, use the computer, and watch the telly. My satisfaction couldn't be higher! People are always givin' me compliments on the way they look. I ain't gonna shop nowhere else, I tell ya what!

Farrell were really nice and helpful in customer service! DebSpecs is the ONLY sight I found that have two power readers so I can see my computer screen and still look down and read my spreadsheet. Most are three power (progressive) and I tried that with no success. These "bifocal" readers really do the job for me.

Beside being amazing at their job, they also have great looking glasses for a great price. Definitely Win Win for me!

So, I recently ordered my glasses from DebSpecs, and I must say that I am quite impressed with their customer service. However, my order delivery did not go as planned. The first time they delivered my glasses, it was stolen from my doorstep, but DebSpecs sent another one without any questions.

However, my second order was misplaced by USPS, and I was not able to receive it. But it was then that I experienced the true dedication of DebSpecs. They started emailing and calling USPS to help locate my lost package. In the end, they even refunded my order, but did not give up the search for my glasses.

Finally, the perseverance of DebSpecs bore fruit, and they found my order. But the bizarre part was that USPS just dropped it off at my doorstep again, even though the box had a 'Hold for Pick Up' note written on it by a DebSpecs representative. Luckily, a neighbor was available to help retrieve my order this time.

Although I have had some issues with USPS, I am very thankful to DebSpecs for their continued efforts to help me receive my glasses. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate their excellent customer service. Go DebSpecs!

DebSpecs is da real deal! I rang up dey customer service line lookin' for some reader sunglasses dat I done ordered before and they told me dey was outta stock. I wasn't too happy 'bout dat, but then dey went and did somethin' dat blew me away. Dey placed a special order for me, wit no extra charge, and I gotta tell ya, I was on cloud nine when those sunnies came in just five days later. And da best part? Dey was an upgrade from what I had ordered before! I ain't never seen a company go above and beyond like dat. DebSpecs done me right and I ain't forgettin' it any time soon. DebSpecs is the best place to buy glasses! I found their bifocals to be very stylish and easy on the wallet. I struggled a lot to find full frame bifocals, given that I required readers and had undergone a Cataract surgery. With DebSpecs I got exactly what I was looking for - a pair of bifocals that I could wear while watching TV and reading without having to constantly adjust them. I now own not just one, but four different styles of bifocals along with a pair of sunglasses, and I'm already planning on buying more.

When it comes to affordability and really fast shipping, DebSpecs is the way to go! You simply cannot go wrong with them. Their bifocals are very stylish and help me to clearly see everything that's close or far from me. Plus, their shipping is so fast that I got my glasses delivered in no time. With DebSpecs I got a great deal that would have cost me much more in any other place!

but debSpecs definitely made it right. The quality of the sunglasses is also top-notch. The orange lenses are great for sunny days and they fit comfortably on my face. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments while wearing them and they’re definitely a trendy addition to any outfit.

So, let me tell you about my experience with DebSpecs. I decided to place an order with them about a week ago, and they said I'd receive an email confirmation of my order and then the glasses would be delivered to me in two business days. Well, let me tell you, after waiting for seven whole days, I decided to give them a call, and they let me know that they mailed my glasses to the wrong zip code! Can you believe it?

Let me tell you, their comments about customer service seemed like a bunch of hogwash to me. They were so rude throughout the whole conversation with me, and they continually interrupted me while I was trying to speak to them. What's worse is that they even charged me shipping on a shipment that they said would be free! And to top it all off, they tried to blame the post office for their mistake with the zip code! Really, DebSpecs?

Finally, the cherry on top of this whole experience was when the owner decided to rudely interrupt our call, tell me off and cancel my order all without any politeness whatsoever. I mean, come on, where's the customer satisfaction guarantee that you're supposed to be providing?

All in all, my experience with DebSpecs was quite terrible. They made a mistake and didn't do anything to fix it, and they were incredibly impolite and rude throughout the whole ordeal. I definitely wouldn't recommend using their services if you're looking for a good customer experience.

To my surprise, she actually had a pair of readers that would work for me! Not only that, but she offered to send them to me immediately and let me pay later. Plus, get this, she even knocked 10 bucks off the price! I couldn't believe it. I hadn't even asked for any of that, she was just being super kind.

So yeah, that's my experience with DebSpecs customer service. I haven't tried the readers yet but I have a feeling I'm going to be just as happy with the quality. It's so great to find a company run by such a star of a human being.

Okay so I tried to buy glasses from DebSpecs and first I put my credit card in but it didn't work. So I asked for help and they said to try again. Then I used Paypal instead and they said I would get it on Monday. BUT, I never got my glasses! They gave me a note that said it was delivered but nobody was there. I kept asking them when I would get it because I had to leave town for work and they kept saying I would get it soon, which was NOT helpful. They didn't even try to talk to their shipping people to help me out.

I have big problems with my eyes so I really really need glasses and this was a big letdown. Now I'm back to trying to find some other glasses because I never got these. I think they should use a different shipping company because obviously this one doesn't know what they're doing. So like, if you're gonna buy glasses, watch out for these guys. They didn't help me at all.

Went to DebSpecs to order me some glasses, but it took them like 5 days just to get around to "processing" my order. I was getting a little antsy waiting around, so I decided to give them a call and see what was up. They told me they'd be shipping it out tomorrow, so I was like okay cool cool.
BUT THEN, two more days went by and my stuff still hadn't shipped. That's when I had it and gave them another call, but this time I cancelled my whole order. I was out here waiting for glasses like a fool!
I mean, dang, if they're trying to be the online shopping place to be, they gotta work on their shipping speed. And don't even get me started on customer service, because I didn't get a single sorry or apology out of them when I called. Like, hello, I'm trying to give y'all my money and you're not even being polite about it.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend DebSpecs to anyone. Stick with a place that actually knows how to handle orders in a timely manner and cares about their customers.
