If I could give Custom Pavers a 10, I would. Great company to work with. from the time we got our estimate to the time they finished and we paid them it was a pleasure.
Service, Service and Service. I must have called Mike B. 10 times with questions and he answered every question to my satisfaction. He has great guys working for him and they are all perfectionist. They all had attention to detail and did the job in a timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to do your paver work.

We had our driveway and lanai pavers sealed. The estimate we received was detailed with exactly they would do and included the paperwork we needed for our HOA approval. The work was completed in 2 days and looks great! We even had a few of our neighbors make comments on how nice our pavers look. Michael Bossey also came over to review the work as we had a lot of rain after the job was completed to make sure our expectations were met. We are glad we selected Custom Pavers of SW Florida to to the job.

Custom Pavers just completed a pool deck paving job for us, and we are extremely satisfied with the beautiful end result. Mike and Freddie were very friendly, forthcoming and professional. Mike clearly takes a lot of pride in his company. Their attention to detail and assurances we would be taken care of greatly reassured us along the way, and Mike's continued offer that he is always available for future needs or concerns is something that is rather scarce in these times and greatly appreciated. Top notch business that has a sales staff and technician crew that do excellent work. They are courteous and and very skilled in the job they do. From start to finish all aspects of the job was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Custom Pavers and be confident the job will be done with the best integrity of the company in mind and most of all customer satisfaction to the fullest. They may be a little more expensive then other companies that do the same work but always remember, cheap work is not good and good work is not cheap!

We were impressed with Custom Pavers throughout the process, from the initial quote to completion. The attention to detail and explanation of the job plan were excellent. The job was started weeks ahead of the anticipated date, and, once they started, they arrived every day as planned and completed the work in an extremely timely fashion. All of the Custom Paver employees are hard workers, and worked together as a team. The craftmanship of the installers was appreciated, and the driveway looks great. All contractors should operate their business like this.

Mike, Freddie, and the entire working crew are friendly, punctual, hard-working, skillful, and knowledgeable. Sometimes projects experience delays and/or hiccups. Even so, Mike effectively communicated with us during the entire process. Freddie, and the crew were able to make appropriate adjustments for our specific needs to our complete satisfaction with a great outcome. It was enjoyable working with Mike and his Custom Pavers team and would recommend them.

Custom Pavers in the latter part of April removed our old concrete driveway and sidewalk at 8449 Creekview Lane, Englewood, FL 34224 and used the pavers of our choice to produce a beautiful driveway and side walk that is now the envy of the residents of our community. The crew that did the paver work were true artists in their specialty. From initial design of the project to its finish we were kept abreast of the various phases of the project by Mr. Michael B., owners of Custom Pavers. Mike made it very easy for us to get HOA approval of the project that went off like clockwork. We highly recommend Custom Pavers.

We had 4 or 5 estimates for sealing our pavers on our deck. Mike B. came to the house for the quote and outlined the process that they would be using and we were impressed with the proposal. The price was right in line with all the rest. After hiring them, his employee, Ricardo, came and diligently worked all day working and doing a great job. We weren't asked for a penny until the job was done to satisfaction, and that was only after a personal follow up phone call from the owner at which time he had us mail a check. They never acted like they were desperate for money and then rush through the job. I will definitely recommend to others.

Custom Pavers did an outstanding job by putting in a new oversized driveway and a beautiful sidewalk entry to our home in Heron Creek. Lots of "Thumbs Up" and positive commentaries by our Heron Creek neighbors and early morning walkers impressed by the QUALITY of Custom Pavers' workmanship.

And, talk about giving your word and honoring your WARRANTY: The irrigation system beneath the paved sidewalk sprung a leak several days ago. Custom Pavers responded to our telephone call and fixed the problem in LESS THAN 24 HOURS.

Very pleased with every aspect of the project done by Custom Pavers. From the moment we received the proposal until the day the project was completed, absolutely everything was completed in a very professional, efficient manner. Mike, the owner, is extremely responsible and responsive - the packet of materials presented in his proposal contained everything one would want. Freddie, and all of the team members were very professional and responsible - here when they said they would be here - worked hard and cleaned up every day. The logistics of getting everything to the site as needed - product, equipment and personnel went very very smoothly - not a single problem. I had done a lot of homework before choosing Custom Pavers and I am not disappointed in any aspect. I would 100% recommend Mike and his company - you will not be disappointed.

Custom Pavers of Englewood has enhanced the look of my home immeasurably! I have a Key West home on Lemon Bay. Two years ago I had Custom Pavers install three retaining walls in my front yard and they just completed a magnificent paver patio with two walkways with a gas fire pit in my rear yard on the water. Mike Bossey (Owner) has an incredible eye for beauty and perfection! Mike does not take a deposit from his customers. Mike gave us ideas, suggestions and always went the extra mile so my girl and myself were happy. His crews cleaned up very well and even went the extra to ask my neighbors if they were happy with his job as well. When I drive through South Sarasota County, I notice paver jobs now. I will be able to choose the jobs that Custom Pavers have done because they are so incredibly nicer than any others. I know I have the nicest paver job and everyone that visits says so! I'm having Mike do my double driveway with an RV pad in September. No worries here!

We had our 2700 square foot concrete driveway replaced with Tremrom Mega Olde Towne glacier pavers by Custom Pavers in April . From our initial estimate meeting with Freddy in December to our final review with Mike every aspect was handled professionally. Freddy's 2 hour estimate presentation included a scaled drawing on graph paper of our driveway that was color coded to show its measurements and proposed layout in great detail as well as a folder containing references, licenses, liability information, fact sheets, etc. Several months later, the work began. The concrete rip out was done very carefully over the course of 1 day. Several days later, the pavers were delivered and it took 2 long working days for the skilled workers to lay sand, install PVC pipe, and lay out a beautiful paver pattern. Several days later, another worker came, steam cleaned the driveway, the front of the house, and even the street and then applied 2 coats of sealer. During the entire process, Mike (the owner) was available by phone for any questions; he also routinely stopped by to check on things. Amazingly, Custom Pavers does not require a deposit and there were no "surprises" in the final cost. The company uses high quality materials. We were very pleased with the entire scope of the project and would rate this a 5 star experience.

Custom Pavers Review. We hired Custom Pavers to clean, fill in, seal and coat our paved driveway and Lanai area.
We had witnessed the great job they had performed on a neighbors house so we hired them.
Mike B., the owner followed up with his sales rep about everything his company was going to do making our pavers look new again and sealed.
The worker came Wednesday to do the Lanai, first he prepped the pavers and area around our pool, then he power sprayed the pavers clean, next came the silica sand mixture to fill in any areas that needed it all over the lanai, lastly he applied the sealant that is used. He was very meticulous in his work making sure it was done properly.
The next day he showed up to do our driveway, once again he was very meticulous in cleaning, prepping the driveway even edging around the driveway to get it ready.
He applied two coats of sealant on the driveway to protect it against oils from the cars driving or sitting on it.
Mike called us that night explaining in detail when we could use the driveway and lanai again. He explained how to keep it clean to look good for the years to come.
We did get other quotes and Custom Pavers was the highest bid, but the job they do puts them above the competition.
One of my neighbors happened to walk by our house while we were out and was impressed watching what a great job were doing on our driveway. His words were; " boy they are the real deal, he came with all the equipment ready to do a great job, not just a sprayer and brush." He then told me he planned on calling to do his "over again" because he had hired a less expensive company but his pavers were turning white and the sealant had worn off in less than a year.
We highly recommend Custom Pavers and would use them again.
