Credit One Bank review: Dispute claim ref # 23082900683C

It is obviously looking with refund given by aircanda for cancel ticket on the same day of booking and cancelation. Agent; merchant who is holding refund for no reason and engaged in scamming people and deceptive practice.

On sep 28; I had complaint and long conversation on phone with sr. Manager and we had a conference call with merchant who said refund has been process and delay in refund... How bank allowed; money be withhold when refund should be instant like any other merchant.

I gave legal/demand notice and claim dept asking documents from merchant while all informations has been submitted and makemytrip.com team verified that refund has been advised to refund team... This practice has been advised to creditone and makemytrip.com for defrauding. Criminal act has been defined.

I demand $1918.70 be credited immediately. Thats the reason claim is filed

Assigned case # 23082900683c when attempted to upload documents online and its do not allows as dispute category and I uploaded several times by using "general inquiry" attached 3 pdf files...

Creditone bank must fix and allow to upload under category of dispute claim...

And claim dept acts that they have not received documents as requested close claim...

Repeatedly; I keep sending... How business is conducted must be fixed.

I am not liable nor you will receive $1918.70 which showing on my account.
