On 10/24/2023, I activated my Credit One credit card over the phone, using the phone number on the sticker of the card (1.800.797.6534). I went through the process and was told the card had been activated (automatic voice). I then tried to use the card on the AT&T website. It was declined. (My card limit showed $300 on the mailer that the card was attached to.) I thought I mistyped something so I tried the card a few more times. Each time, it was declined. Then, I called Credit One. I used option #1 to check my account. The robo voice said that my credit limit was $220 - not the $300 it should have been. So, I tried to use the card on the AT&T website again, this time for $200. Declined. Then, $220. Declined. When I called Credit Ine again, robo voice said no charges had been made but my available balance was now $216! Tried that on AT&T - declined. I called Credit One again. The available balance now was $215. I tried signing on to Credit One online (no small feat - sent in circles with verification text after verification text.) I was FINALLY able to sign on. The site showed no charges but pending charges showed TEN instances of being charged $1 for AT&T. On the same screen, there was a blue button that read, "Activate your card". (I already activated it over the phone.) So, I clicked it and had to verify myself (again). Then, I went to the AT&T website and was finally able to successfully use the card but for only $215. Credit One charged me for each time I tried to use an activated credit card. I am beyond enraged. Of course, the only way to contact Customer Service is through phone (good luck) and postal mail. No email address. No customer chat. (Attaching screenshot where the screen STILL shows to activate the card even though it had already been activated over the phone - 10/24/23 - 1:38 P.M. - Subsequent calls to CO were at 1:46 PM, 1:48 PM, 1:54 PM, 1:56 PM)

Desired outcome: 1) Give me access to my full credit line. 2) Credit One should cancel all $1 charges assigned to my account. My account should not be charged any penalties or interest on those erroneous charges.
