Just got my pool deck resurfaced and I'm beyond happy with the outcome. It turned out gorgeous. James and the entire crew were totally professional, courteous, punctual and delightful to work with. They not only eradicated the faux pas that was done prior by another company, they outshined them.

The two gentlemen who responded to my house for the driveway resurfacing were outstanding workers. They were on time, professional and open to customer questions. James G. was very knowledgeable about our expectations for our driveway. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for resurfacing of their driveway.

My experience was good from start to finish! The sales representative was knowledgeable and gave a great estimate. The workers were knowledgeable and cordial. They practiced safety protocols with respect to COVID-19. They even helped me resolve my indecision about my color choice. I really love my new pool deck!

Dave was very responsive with returning calls and scheduling work. Marco started work promptly, the crew worked cleanly and when an issue arose, Dave and Marco worked hard to resolve it quickly and professionally. After they finished our lanai, I hired them again to do our driveway. I would absolutely recommend Creative Resurfacing.

We had our stamped concrete driveway restored (1/28 -1/30 2021) with an initial tinted sealer and finished with a gloss clear coat. The crew members Ken and assistant Alex were very cordial and professional and we are very pleased with their work and the final product and appearance. Ken was very helpful, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and he explained the staged work process for the oil based sealer, etc. We recommend Creative Resurfacing for similar services.

These guys are the Michelangelo's of resurfacing. What a fantastic job, and so detailed and meticulous. The James G. team transformed my run down worn out Lanai into a work of art. And they did it at a reasonable, affordable price. I think James and his team are the BEST in the business, and I would highly recommend that if you have any deck, lanai, or driveway work, you give them a call. You will not be disappointed. After calling four different companies to repaint my driveway and being really apprehensive as to who to pick for this job and how it should be done. I picked Creative resurfacing. I'm so very happy that I did.

They ground off the old paint and repainted and sealed the driveway. It was a 2 day process and Marcos and his crew did an incredible job. He was very detail oriented and was very respectful of my property.

The next day Bill came to finish painting and sealing the driveway. Again he was very careful, precise and did a great job. A lot of companies don't tell there workers to be especially careful where they place paint, paint rollers, equipment etc. Obviously these workers have been very well trained.

I had a lot of questions about the process and everyone was happy to answer any and all questions I had.

DO NOT hesitate to use this company! They know what they are doing! It's not often I can say this but job well done on this project! I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. It was certainly a stress free experience.

I hired Creative Resurfacing Solutions to redo my concrete pool deck. They used this fancy epoxy flake thing that was supposed to make it all shiny and smooth. I was worried it would be slippery when it's wet, so they said they'd add something to make it less slippery. But let me tell you, this stuff was applied so unprofessionally, it's like a death trap when it's wet. People have slipped and fallen, and it's not pretty.

And don't even get me started on the pool coping surface. It's so rough that people have actually cut themselves on it. Like, seriously? Who wants a pool deck that's dangerous? Not me, that's for sure.

But the fun doesn't stop there. They left a huge mess behind. I had to drain my pool and get it acid washed just to clean up their mess. And then I had to hire a landscaper to get rid of all the junk they left in my yard. Like, come on guys, clean up after yourselves!

Oh, and let's not forget about the patio tiles. I had to spend a whole four hours pressure washing those stupid paint flakes off. It was such a pain. And guess what? They even let some of those flakes get into the canal behind my house. Like, thanks for polluting the water, guys.

And get this, they offered to fix their mess, but only if I signed some fancy release thingy. Like, no thanks. I'm not gonna keep quiet just because they want to cover their tracks. I'm gonna share my experience online and with the ComplaintsBoard.com, so other people don't make the same mistake I did.

So yeah, Creative Resurfacing Solutions? More like Creative Mess Makers. Stay away, folks.
