I canceled a scheduled appointment through Assurant. However this place saw the cancelation, reactivated it, and then scheduled my appointment. They also refused to cancel it due to them ordering parts. I called them with Assurant on the line. The owner lied about the rescheduling, then said he was going to cancel yhe appointment but hung up on us. When we called back he pretended he didn't hear us and said he will text me back. He did not. I am trying to contact corporate to get this canceled so I can be refunded my fees.

I went to CPR Cell Phone Repair and they did me a solid. They didn't charge me nothin' to clean my charging port and now my phone is working like a charm. I'll definitely be goin' back there if I need any more repairs. The only thing is, I couldn't find a button on their website to leave a review. Come on guys, let us give you some props! But overall, they're doin' great work and we need more places like 'em. Keep it up CPR!

So, I went to the CPR Cell Phone Repair store in Polaris today and I gotta say, I was pretty worried about how much it was gonna cost to fix my phone. But then, this guy named Zach told me that the problem was just some lint in the charging port and that was why my phone wasn't charging properly. He cleaned it out super quick and didn't even charge me for it! I mean, he totally could have ripped me off and made some easy money, but he was honest and got the job done fast. So, big thanks to Zach and the CPR team for being so efficient and trustworthy!

So, I had a bit of a phone emergency last Saturday morning at around 8 am. I dropped my phone and it broke. I was in the middle of some important transactions and I panicked. I went to another phone repair shop, but they said they were really busy and MIGHT be able to get it to me by 7 pm. They also said it takes 3-4 hours to replace a screen. I left and debated whether to go to CPR or just get another phone. But I didn't want to take the chance and lose all my info, so I decided to give CPR a try.

I went to the CPR in Brockton at Westgate Dr. and was immediately greeted by the owner, Abdi. He was really friendly and helpful. He had my screen in stock, but it was a bit expensive (different for each phone). However, he said it would be ready in an hour to an hour and a half! I was amazed. I came back in an hour and my phone was ready. It looked beautiful and he even put on a screen protector for me. OMG, what a life saver. I was so relieved and grateful.

Overall, I had a great experience at CPR. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Abdi was a real pro and he knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs phone repair. They really saved my day!

I recently had an experience with CPR Cell Phone Repair that left me feeling extremely disappointed. I brought in my iPhone 6 Plus for a simple screen replacement, as it was fully functional aside from the cracked screen. However, after waiting for two and a half hours, I was informed that a circuit had become disconnected and my phone wouldn't turn on. The staff told me that they would send it off to their lab tech to fix it, and promised that it would be ready by the following Saturday at the latest.

Unfortunately, Saturday came and went with no word from CPR Cell Phone Repair. When I called to inquire about the status of my phone, I was given a variety of excuses and stories that seemed to change every time I spoke to someone. I was extremely frustrated, as I run two businesses from my phone - one as a private counselor and the other as a volleyball coach. Without my phone, I was unable to communicate with my clients or attend a $400 training session.

When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that she wouldn't be in until Monday. I called back on Monday and spoke to the owner, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked if they would replace my phone if it couldn't be fixed, he laughed in my face and told me that it would be my problem. He even threatened to come to my work and play a recorded phone call to my manager, claiming that I was the worst client he had ever experienced.

I was shocked and upset by the owner's behavior, and even began to cry at work. I couldn't believe that someone who was supposed to be running a customer service-oriented business could be so callous and unprofessional. When my boyfriend called to speak to the owner, he was met with even more hostility and aggression.

Overall, I would strongly advise against using CPR Cell Phone Repair for any of your phone repair needs. The owner's behavior was completely unacceptable, and the staff's inability to fix my phone only added to my frustration. Save yourself the hassle and find a different repair shop that values their customers and their time.
