Purchased this buggy back in april, paid by way of certified check to save a little money... Big mistake. Dealt with wayne, a professional scam artist to say the least. Ordered a specific model of unit, was sent something different than what I ordered. In addition to the unit being the wrong one, the unit they shipped arrived damaged with a scraped and bent roll cage, missing wheel stud and nut on one wheel, both seats torn and led light was hanging off top attached only by one screw. Tried many times to get in contact with county imports and wayne himself, but have received nothing but a run around, and that's when they respond. Wayne's help was telling me there was nothing he could do and that I need to contact the builder, eventually telling me to read the purchase agreement and to talk to a lawyer. Great customer service. It is sad that businesses like this are allowed to continue operating and stealing peoples hard earned money. Never again will I make this mistake. Please do not buy from them and shut them down!

Has anyone accomplished seeing them because I'd sure like to try I ordered a 200cc Honda clone motor dune buggy and received a Tao Tao cheap motor 150cc as well as an 800 cheaper go cart I simply wanted what I paid for nothing less everything was a disaster as well as the cheap go cart does not stay running after replacing battery and ignition several times as well as fixing the hoses and everything else where the fuel goes through it has been a disaster and a complete waste of money I'd like to sue them as well considering I got scammed by Wayne the same man others complain about he will scam you quick and then act like he is doing everything in his power until you get tired of waiting for nothing to happen and he finally says you gotta talk to the sales and then they tell you how they send an email letting you know they don't have your item in stock and that you can either except the next close one or cancel with a 10% restock fee which would've been better than getting completely ripped off as well as it shouldn't be the buyers fault they don't keep their stock up to date how can you sell something you don't even carry the one they sent me was on a different website from a different company and seller so how is this in any way legal as well as I never received the email to atleast give me the option to cancel or except what a scam and a mess with liars and bad customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER
We usually respond with questions that could inform us better about any complaint, but this seems to be a personal attack on the salesperson void of any transactions between countyimports.com and this individual. If there is any further information you can provide for us about your transaction, we will be happy to look it up and reply with more than just questions about you and your dealings with us. As of now, we know nothing of a paid order from you.

Question, were these shipping damages incurred during shipping? If not, you would be responsible for the maintenance of any vehicle at some point after purchase. We give a 1-year warranty on engines, 6-month warranty on transmission, and 90 days on the electrical harness, CDI unit, and carburetor if it comes with one. There manufacturer does not warranty any other parts.
Bought this bIke online and it's the wrong thing to do...because within 500 miles the exhaust fell off because of the bolts coming loose while riding ...this is a brand new bike, keep in mind. Wayne called me a [censored] because he gets mad and lie like a little child when you call him out on HIS CHEAP BIKES... the back brakes dont work because the bolts that goes into the wheel broke off in the tire...so the rotor is just hanging...no to mention the bike cant stay on...they dont even adjust the cheap thing before selling it...
Wayne acts like he's sending parts then a month go by and you call him and NOTHING WAS SENT... this is it...I'm suing these guys ...and whoever's wants to jump in...
I already created a facebook page and youtube page call (NEVER BUY FROM COUNTYSPORTS.COM) THESE GUYS ARE GOING DOWN. Wayne is a devil piece of [censored] coon you boot lick massa
