I placed a very large order for dishes thru corelle.com. I realized after unpacking that I ordered the wrong bowls and the ones I recieved (6 of them) had rust colored stains on the bottom.
I called customer service, was on hold for 40 min. When my call was finally taken, I spoke with Nico, I explained I had ordered the wrong bowls and that they came with stains on the bottom and wanted to know how to go about exchanging them, I was on the phone with him for approximately 30 min, he kept putting me on hold, he finally told me to keep the wrong bowls as a "gift" and he would send an email that I would need to fill out and they would send me the correct bowls. I filled out the email only to get a response that they would not do what Nico said they could.
After multiple emails back and forth, advising they listen to the recording of our conversation and that I didn't understand why I was told to keep the bowls as a gift if that was something they couldn't do, I finally gave up, as they are not responding back to me anymore
So now I have bowls that are the wrong color with rust colored stains that will not wash off.
I will NEVER order another item from this company
