You and your products are amazing ❤️ One stop shop for Kitchen.

In the past I have used many products in the market but, the first product when I purchased from Hexclad since then I am in love with Hexclad since then my kitchen is filled with all Hexclad products 3 woks, 13 piece set, mixing bowls, pan. And have plan to buy Kitchen knife set. I feel like Hexclad is one stop shop for your kitchen. I hope guys make many more utensils and come with a product for every use in kitchen

I recently purchased a 10 inch and a 12 inch hex clad frying pans. I seasoned as directed and have used several times with excellent results. I also leave one of these pans out on the gas stove grates as I feel it looks like a work of art ...in closing I would also like to say that during the Christmas holidays, I miss placed the 12 inch Dust bag, and could not find it. I contacted the Hex clad people explained my situation and within three days they shipped me out a new bag. Love these two products and love the excellent service that comes with them. I strongly recommend this company.

Purchased a set of six pans, delivery was fast. I can tell right away that they are very high quality. Make sure you season well before use, I seasoned mine every time before cooking for a week, it's fast and easy to season. I had one issue with one of the pans, reached out to customer service and they were very attentive to my account. They quickly replaced the pan, I was impressed at the communication and fast response. I love the pans, they are definitely high quality and easy to cook with, the flavor on the steaks is amazing. I would recommend them if you are looking for a set of pans that will last you years!

Hexclad ROCKS! I Purchased a set of Hexclad pans at home show in 2019 one of the pans had some problems and I reached out to them. They were so quick to answer. I am so impressed with this company. They are replacing my pan. They stood behind their warranty. This is a company that I want to do business with. I recommend them highly I love their pans.

We purchased our HexClad pans around five years ago at a home show. They have worked great for us. I noticed recently that the pans were getting a slight warp in them. Still very usable but it was bothersome. I contacted customer service with the issue and sent them photos. Even though I could not locate my receipt I had filed the lifetime warranty. HexClad promptly sent me 3 new pans.
We were so impressed with HexClad's customer service we went to Costco and purchased a set of 3 pots.
A great company that truly backs up their products.

I bought a 7piece set from Costco in 2019. One of the fry pans started pealing late 2022. Another showed signs of wear. I admit I may not have properly seasoned them prior to using them. I contacted customer service in and in 2 days from my submission of reasonable proof of my purchase, they shipped me replacements. This warranty is no joke. One of the best products and service I've ever received. Highly recommend you make this purchase and do away with those cheap flaky teflon pans that keep disappointing.

Bought a commercial pan set for my house, and found the smallest lid had a non exposed crack somehow (no glass would drop out, but I could hear it rattle around,) emailed support to determine a cause or the next step, and they promptly shipped out a replacement. Replies were very fast. As far as the pans go, I've only used them for about a month, and after a slight learning curve coming from full non stick, I enjoy them a little more each use. I'm not cooking extravagant meals by any means, but they feel great to handle and heat up quick.

Customer service was excellent. My order was delayed they offered a bonus item- when it arrived I was confused on the order and reached out for clarification. Micheal at Customer service used his keen eye from photos I sent and cleared up any questions! Fantastic response- can't wait to use the pans!

HexClad I have purchased the Hexclad 7pc Set back when I purchased my new House in July

I have purchased the Hexclad 7pc Set back when I purchased my new House in July. Once I came across these Great looking Pans on Instagram. I just knew I had to get my hands on them. Since then I have not cooked with anything else other than the HEXCLAD Pans and Wok. The pans are incredible and durable. They really stand the test of everyday use and not to mention metal utensils while cooking. From the stove to the oven to the dishwasher, whenever, however. I recommend these Pans for Cooks like me or the real deal Chef's out there.

Hexclad has false advertising on its website. It says they ship items 1-2 days after your order is placed. It's 8 days later and my item has not shipped. This is a common complaint here: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/hexclad.com The e-mail response I got even said the item would ship in time for Christmas. I wish I had read this before ordering. I guess I'll have to find something else. I don't know why I should have to give any stars.

Terrible customer service! I ordered a set, my sons surprised me with a different set, then I couldn't return the HexClad! They gave me the run around, told me I would have to pay, wouldn't send me the necessary paperwork. Do not order these! They are not as nonstick as they claim... eggs are impossible to not make a mess with these pans. Will never order for anyone!

We purchased a set of 3 HexClad pans with lids in April, and they performed well. Some time in 2022, the 8 QT pan developed an issue where non-stick surface started coming loose in a few spots, so we reached out to the HexClad as the pans were sold with a lifetime warranty.

The assessment process was very reasonable (pictures, serial number, proof of purchase), and after the company confirmed this was indeed a problem then sent us a new 8 QT replacement pan.

It is a breath of fresh air to see a company that stands behind their products!

I LOVE HEXCLAD COOKWARE. I purchased a 6pc pots/w lids set and a 6pc pans/w lids set April. I also purchased a 6pc pots/w lids set June for my mother for a Dec 2020 Christmas present. She had purchased a 6pc pans/w lids set at the same time I purchased mine and LOVES THEM too. Since then...she has purchased numerous other HexClad pieces for herself and for gifts for myself and family members. We both would recommend this cookware to any of our family members and to friends as well. Also I would like to mention HexClad has Excellent Customer Service as well.

I had the unfortunate problem of one of my pans from a set no longer working as intended. I followed their process and gave them all the information they needed, and within a few days, I received notice that I will be getting a replacement for my product shortly. Since I only used email I wasn't expecting to be helped with basically a 48-hour turnover, but it happened. And the employee who helped me, Jane M., was very helpful and professional to make sure I gave information to make sure the warranty went through as fast as possible. I very much appreciate this company for the great products and sticking to their warrenty.

Hexclad provides first class service. I've had a very prompt and good response from customer service team Jane while contacting reg my exchange. Return process was like a breeze and I'm really glad for having purchased from hexclad it's worth every penny. Even the return shipment was so quick and hassle free. There is no trouble of returning the items either, we can just discard it. Having a little baby this was such a relief for me. Thanks hexclad team for being so generous. Thank you Jane once again for making the return process so quick and easy. I've liked cooking with hexclad and recommended it to many of my friends and family.

HexClad Great customer service!

Great customer service! I got my Hexclad wok from Costco, and when it started peeling within a year, I looked up Hexclad website for their warranty policy. I was worried at first because many people online said that they didn't honor their warranty, and would blame the customer for any problems with their cookware. I submitted my claim regardless. Other than the hassle of having to submit my information twice (once on the website, and later again thru email to a representative), Camille the representative helped me quickly. Soon enough we received a replacement cookware without too much back and forth. I'm very happy with this experience.

HexClad I had been looking for a better nonstick professional pan for most of my life

I had been looking for a better nonstick professional pan for most of my life. I was never sold on many of the stainless Steel options on the market. I was looking for something indestructible. Then on a day at Costco I came upon a display of Hexclad cookware. I had never heard of it before then but I was sold immediately. I purchased all they offered and have augmented that collection direct from HexClad. There is a learning curve, (especially for my wife) but this is the best cookware I have ever used. It is close to indestructible and provides me, a decent home cook, all of the features that I most want. I have also interacted with HexClad warranty department and I am happy to say that they definitely stand behind their product and it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Awful experience with shipping products I've ordered! At the time of ordering, 11/25/2022, shipping on site was listed as '1-2 business days' however they have not shipped it out yet, 10 business days later! I emailed customer service repeatedly regarding status of my order and was told since I choose 'free shipping' (a special they had for Black Friday sales) they had 5-10 business days to ship it out! They naturally charged my card the moment my order was placed! It's been 10 business days and not a word from this company about my order or follow up email where I've requested my order be canceled and money refunded! This was an intended gift and as such will not get to the recipient in time! I'm extremely disappointed that my order was not a priority for them to ship in a timely manner when the amount I paid was a little over $270!

I lost faith in good quality built items and customer service years ago, until now. I bought the 7 piece Hexclad set over 3 years ago from Costco. A small area on my 10" frying pan started to peel. I didn't even bother contacting the company because I am so use to poor service that I didn't even give them an opportunity to prove their quality customer service. I seen an advertisement on Facebook and made a comment on there about a small area peeling. Not even a couple hours after posting the comment, a customer service representative reached out to me and encouraged me to utilize the lifetime warranty available with their product purchase. I think the hardest thing in the whole process was obtaining my Costco receipt from over 3 years ago...and that just entailed driving to the local Costco to get proof of purchase.
After uploading a picture of the issue and a copy of the receipt, a customer service rep replied within a days time to inform me a replacement was on the way.
Needless to say, I am Hexclad for life!
It is such a relief to finally be able to have a company stand firmly behind their products!

I bought a set a HexClad cooking pens from Costco four years ago and really loved it because I'd found it to be the best nonstick pans I had ever had! (I'd bought quite a few nonstick pans before , none of which lasted with its "nonstick function promise ...).

But, until this year, two of the most used pans started to somewhat stick or not as good as before.
Remembering the life time warranty, I simply contacted the HexClad Costumer Service to try my luck since I didn't have the receipt and didn't fill out the warranty registration form after purchasing it ( I didn't believe life time warranty would be real ...).

Although thanks to costco , I got the record of my purchasing information , but to be honest , I doubted if the company would really honor the lifetime warranty in my case .
Believe it or not, the HexClad costumer service responded to my emails very quickly and professionally , after only a few emails providing them the needed information , and filling out a simple warranty registration form , I can't believe I've received two brand new replacement pans !

What a Real Lifetime Warranty in actuality ! What a genuinely honest business with excellent quality products ! and highly professional customer service with great efficiency !

HexClad I purchased two sets of the HexClad pots & Pans (separately) in June 2022

I purchased two sets of the HexClad pots & Pans (separately) in June 2022. Before the month's end the smallest of the pans that came in the set which I believe is about 8" changed color and was not washing off leaving us with brown stains all over. We followed the directions that were provided cared for all the pans before and after each use and even though they are dishwasher safe we did not put them in the wash.
I must mention also that I am so happy with my purchase and was very sad about what happened to my little pan so I decided to reach out to the company as I was told I can get a replacement especially since it had been under 30 days. I emailed customer service reluctantly because I have experience with reaching out to other companies who are just as known and big and have come across some very nasty behavior. Some of them going as far as blaming me for the products failing and not offering any help.
After sending my email to HexClad I heard back immedicably from a customer care specialist named Kareen R. I normally think ok another bot who takes my info and replies with the usual one liner. Not only did Kareen turn out to be a real human on the other end of that conversation but she talked to me like I was a person. The exchange was light, informative and pleasant. I am happy to report that I am getting a new pan in the mail soon, but mostly I am so relieved in knowing that I can reach out to this company in the future should there be a need to do so, and they will help take good care of me.
Love the pans, love the pots, love the company! you guys rock!

HexClad Hexclad 13pc set and wok

I ordered a 13pc set and wok. These arrived in 3 separate parcels over the course of a week. After requesting a return for all three parcels immediately, I only received 1 return label in response. After contacting the customer service team and explaining the issue, they requested a second return label. I re-emailed and re-iterated that I needed three return labels for the three parcels. I have still not received the third return label and my refund window of 30 days is rapidly disappearing. It is so frustrating - I have never come across any company having such a difficult return system.

Desired outcome: Please send me a third return label!!

HexClad Undelivered item.

On 4/15/23 I put a 13-piece set in my online cart (Hexclad website). I also wanted to purchase a 1 qt. pot as a separate item. I contacted Hexclad customer support and, later received an e-mail explaining how to add the additional item to my cart. Purchases of the 13-piece set and 1 qt. pot were put in the same order (600504). On 4/25/23 I received two separate e-mails stating that (a) the 13-piece set was "on the way" and (b) the 1 qt. pot would be "shipping soon." I received the 13-piece set on 5/1/23 but, I have yet to receive the 1 qt. pot. I submitted an inquiry on 5/9/23. I received what appears to be a "canned reply" the same day stating that "we will need to open an investigation with UPS. This process can take 3-5 business days." Two weeks have passed, and I still have not received the item nor have I received a follow-up from Hexclad. Two days ago I called Hexclad customer support and was directed to leave a voicemail (my name, phone number, etc.). I have received no reply. Needless to say, I am becoming somewhat annoyed.

Desired outcome: I want the 1 qt. pot delivered within a week of this e-mail. Otherwise, I intend to return the 13-piece set and dispute the entire charge to my credit card company.

I have written Hexclad that their pricing that shows from Facebook is less than what comes up when you click the product. I sent them photos as well. I have not heard from anyone. Their toll free number doesn't work. All I want is the pan at the price advertised with the welcome5 discount for sending them my email and cell number. Thank you.

HexClad Warranty*** Hexclad is not honoring the lifetime warranty! Not great customer service had to file a second warranty claim and still have not heard back. Gave me a claim number but has not followed up or answered any emails. Our pan is peeling severely. I sent everything Hexclad asked for including 5 pictures of the pan and serial number and address. However Hexclad is not honoring their lifetime warranty!

HexClad Customer data privacy

Customer data privacy. I inquired about a warranty replacement. I received an email addressed to another customer, wrong product and my personal information included in communication. This a breach of customer privacy and sharing of information. I don't appreciate the failure and protection on their end. I have made the company aware, forwarded the communication as well as wrong customer and product information. No response as of today.

I bought a pan with the lid as a Christmas gift for my father. He used it twice and both times food stuck to the pan. I reached out to HexClad to return the pan. My request was refused because I purchased the pan on October 25th. I send several emails about this because it was a Christmas gift. HexClad accepted the return request in the end but they refuse to send a return label. After all of this nonsense they should provide a return label and not stick shipping charges on their customers for faulty pans.

HexClad Hexclad Pans -pan has peeling on coating surface

Hexclad Pans -pan has peeling on coating surface. Requesting a replacement for the 8 inch pan and the 12 inch pan.. I have seen multiple complaints about this issue and Hexclad warranty covers pans for Lifetime. I am attaching picture of pans and also a picture of a Farberware pan that has been in the family for at least 50 years with absolutely no signs of wear or performance.Farberware will not warranty pans without a receipt or registration number.The different websites state there is a serial number on the pans , but all the pans I looked at do not have serial numbers on them. Pans were a Christmas present from my father , who has since passed away and I have no way of knowing where he purchased the set.

HexClad I placed an Order with Hexclad on 22Jul2022 (order ***)

I placed an Order with Hexclad on 22Jul2022 (order ***). I spent over $600 for a 13 piece cookware set. I placed my order and got a receipt with a tracking number for *** (***). The tracking status for 7 days now has been stuck at "Label has been created" and there's been no movement of the package. I've attempted to contact Hexclad through phone, their phone system doesn't receive calls at this time. I have sent them a few emails and I have not getten a response as to the status of my order. I called *** and asked what the status meant and they told me that it means that a label was printed by the business but they have not taken delivered the package to *** for shipment. Help with this iss would be appreciated Thank you.

HexClad I purchased HexClad pans from Costco and one of them has warped in the middle

I purchased HexClad pans from Costco and one of them has warped in the middle. I am always careful about not having any sudden changes in temperature; I always set the pan to a lower temperature before moving to medium. I never use high heat. I have also never soaked the pan in cold water nor have I put cold water on a hot pan. I contacted the company yesterday about this and they said their warranty does not cover warping because "With the right care our cookware should never warp, and is not covered under our warranty. ". They should and have are two different things. After telling them I did follow the right care as they have detailed out, they said that if I pay for shipping and send it to them they can inspect it. From the sounds of it, the inspection will likely go one way and the customer will just have to pay for shipping for no reason.

i bought this expensive *** cookware thinking its expensive must be really good what they claim and start taking care of like my baby and per *** instructions. after few days i order few more to adjust what else i needed. they sent me wrong order and also in two separate order. in the meantime i start noticing steins and contacted the customer service and they told me what to do. only partial stein was gone. i then decided to return the unopened 2nd set. which i bought last year December . yet after 79 emails back and forth i did not get my refund. *** claims they refunded it via 3rd party financial institute *** shop pay. and they says contact ***. i was fool to re order and i was fool not to see how horrible their rating on Complaintsboard.com. My suggestion to all if people survived 100 eating on regular pan. you should not buy ***. "If you buy *** your money will GO AWAY"

HexClad 12/05 After being bombarded with e-mails from the Hexclad Company, I placed an order for their product

12/05 After being bombarded with e-mails from the Hexclad Company, I placed an order for their product. Their website said delivery would be 5-10 days, based on that misleading and false information i was fraudulently coerced into a purchase agreement with Hexclad. After making the purchase Hexclad responded with a notification saying i would notified when the order was shipped. After waiting 9 days , i checked the website and it showed " there had been a delay". I contacted Hexclad to find the status of my order, their first response was to pacify and assure me that I would receive my order as soon as possible. This corrupt and grossly dishonest company has all my contact info, yet they are too corrupt and and dishonest to inform the people who they have already entered into a purchase agreement with that, that the can't or won't fulfill their orders. With Hexclad's eminent demise on the horizon, their advertised " Lifetime warranty" is worthless. Before the corrupt and obviously dishonest management disappear with the money from unfulfilled orders , the hundreds maybe even thousands of customer demand relief. After demand to know where my order was , they blamed "supply chain issues" . President Joe Biden received 81,000,000 votes, that is more than any president in history, he reported last week there was no supply chain issues. So either Hexclad or the most popular president in our nations history is lying. If there is any justice or integrity left in Los Angeles, the management of Hexclad should start the new year in jail for wire fraud, false advertising. and theft. Small claims court wouldn't effect Hexclad, but maybe a class action law suite would protect other from being cheated. You can be sure I'm not the only one who has paid them money in good faith and has bee lied to and defrauded. It has been my experience that you cannot believe anything they say. They will not deliver as promised.

10/10/2023 I was cooking this morning. I started sauting onions, garlic and ginger with few cashews. I put lid on and was waiting for everything to cook. before i knew i heard huge pop sound, the glass on lid shattered and tiny fine glass shattered. So scarry. I got fine glass on on fingers.
