This company is terrible, the contacts I received I can’t wear because they irritate my eyes (never had this issue before with other companies) I phoned to inquire and they basically said there’s nothing they can do and months later they tried to charge my credit card for over $100 fortunately my credit card company blocked it as I hadn’t purchased anything recently so they were trying to fraudulently charge me. Scammers!

ContactsExpress.ca Disappointing Experience with ContactsExpress.ca: Delayed Delivery and Lack of Communication

So, I was a bit nervous about buying contacts online, but my friend said to give ContactsExpress.ca a try. I placed my order on April 3rd and didn't receive them until April 24th. I sent a few emails asking about the status of my order and was told they were shipping. I even called and was given the same answer. But then, on one call, I was told that a box was damaged and in another email, I was told they had to order from their supplier because they don't sell many of these contacts. But their website says they're fully stocked! I felt like I was lied to a couple of times and there was never any follow-up from them. I was hesitant to try the contacts because of all the issues, but they seem to be okay. However, I don't think I'll be ordering from ContactsExpress.ca again.

I've bought stuff from ContactsExpress.ca before and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how things have gone down. The website is easy to use and I always get my stuff super quick. But there's one thing that really grinds my gears - this "processing fee" that pops up at checkout. Like, seriously? Why do they gotta do that? It feels like they're trying to pull a fast one on me or something.

I mean, I get that they gotta make some money off of selling stuff online. That's just how it works, right? But why can't they just include that in the price of the item? Why do they gotta sneak in this extra fee at the last minute? It feels like they're trying to trick me into paying more than I thought I was gonna have to.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that ContactsExpress.ca is a bad website or anything. I'm just saying that this whole processing fee thing is kinda sketchy. It feels like they're not being totally upfront with me about how much I'm gonna have to pay.

Anyway, aside from that one issue, I've had a pretty good experience with ContactsExpress.ca. They've always been quick to get my stuff to me and I've never had any problems with the quality of the products. So, if you're looking for a place to buy contacts online, I'd say give them a shot. Just be prepared for that sneaky processing fee to pop up at checkout.

I recently had an experience with ContactsExpress.ca that left me feeling frustrated and annoyed. I was trying to reorder some contact lenses, but I couldn't log into my account. My username is my email address, so I figured the problem must be with my password. I followed the instructions on the site to reset my password, but then I ran into a roadblock. The prompt asked me for my old password in order to proceed. If I knew my old password, I wouldn't be trying to reset it!

I found this whole process to be very frustrating, and it's not something I've encountered with other online retailers. It took up a lot of my time and left me feeling annoyed. To make matters worse, I had a $10 coupon code that was sent to me via my husband's email address. When I finally got to the screen where I could place my order, the site wouldn't accept the code. It said it was invalid, even though it had been sent to me that day.

ContactsExpress.ca Easy Ordering and Great Selection, but Limited Power Options - ContactsExpress.ca Review

I've ordered from ContactsExpress.ca before and I gotta say, no problems at all. My latest order is for some colour contacts and I'm pretty stoked to try them out and compare them to my other ones. Thanks for making the ordering process so easy, it's one of the reasons I keep coming back, ya know?

I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I couldn't find the size-dia I was looking for in the colour contacts I wanted. Also, I was hoping for a higher -ve power than -8. Maybe in the future they'll have what I need. Hey, ContactsExpress.ca, have you thought about providing this product? Do you think there's a demand for it? Maybe you could do some research and see how many people are clicking on the colour contact product but can't make a purchase because they need a specific power, like -9. If you could quantify this demand by having them click a check mark or something, it might help you decide whether or not to provide this product.

That's pretty much it, eh? Overall, I'm happy with ContactsExpress.ca and I'll definitely keep ordering from them.

ContactsExpress.ca Disappointing Experience with ContactsExpress.ca: Shipping Errors and Negligence

Been a customer of ContactsExpress.ca for a long time now. My last order took a bit longer than usual, and I got a call from a lady from another city. Apparently, the package was sent to her address because the street names were the same, and their shipping label is generated automatically. I sent them an email about it, and they said they would fix it.

So I waited for the delivery, but it took longer than expected. I sent them another email and found out that the same thing happened again. They offered to refund me or write the shipping address by hand this time. I couldn't even track the order, and it's still not here. I was really hoping to have my lenses for the holiday season, but it's been very disappointing.

I assume something happened at the company because this level of negligence is new to me. As a long-term customer, I'm very disappointed, and I'll make sure to tell all my friends who use their service to switch to a different provider. It seems like Contactsexpress.ca doesn't care about losing customers.

ContactsExpress.ca Disappointing Experience with ContactsExpress.ca: Lack of Transparency and Poor Communication

I recently made two orders from ContactsExpress.ca, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The first order went smoothly, and my contacts arrived fairly quickly. However, the second order that I made three weeks ago still hasn't shipped, which is quite disappointing.

What's even more frustrating is that ContactsExpress.ca took my order and payment without informing me that they were actually out of stock. This lack of transparency is not acceptable, and it left me feeling frustrated and annoyed.

To make matters worse, ContactsExpress.ca has been completely unresponsive when it comes to providing updates on when my order will ship. I was initially told that the order would ship within 5-7 business days, but when that date came and went, I didn't hear anything from them.

I've had to chase them multiple times to get any information at all, and even then, they've only been able to offer vague promises that they'll "try" to get more information for me. It's frustrating to feel like I'm not being taken seriously as a customer, and it's clear that ContactsExpress.ca needs to do better when it comes to communication and follow-up.

At this point, I'm not even sure when my order will ship. I was told that it might ship at the end of the week, but that date has already passed, and I haven't received any updates. It's frustrating to feel like I'm in the dark about something that I've already paid for.

While the contacts I ordered were a bit cheaper than what I could get from Clearlycontacts, I think I'll be going with Clearlycontacts in the future. They may be a bit more expensive, but at least I know that I can rely on them to ship promptly and provide excellent customer service.

ContactsExpress.ca ContactsExpress.ca Review: Poor Quality Lenses and Disappointing Customer Service

I recently bought 4 boxes of contact lenses from ContactsExpress.ca and was excited to try them out. However, after only a few days of wearing them, I noticed that there was a film over the lenses that made them blurry and irritating. I tried wearing them for only two hours a day, but even then, they were only somewhat clear.

I decided to reach out to ContactsExpress.ca for help and asked if maybe I had received a defective batch. They responded by asking me to send them a copy of my prescription to make sure I had ordered correctly. I did as they asked, but their response was disappointing. They simply told me to return the unopened boxes for a refund.

This meant that I would only be refunded for 2 of the 4 boxes I had purchased, and I would have to eat the cost for the other two boxes. I decided to try another pair of lenses from the opened boxes, but unfortunately, I had the same issue. The lenses became blurry and had a film over them after only 2 hours of wear.

When I reached out to ContactsExpress.ca again, they told me that the manufacturer couldn't open the remaining lenses to check if they were defective because it would void the warranty. I had paid over $255.00 for a 6-month supply of lenses, but ContactsExpress.ca didn't stand behind the products they sold.

If you're thinking about buying from ContactsExpress.ca, be careful. Don't expect any level of customer service from them because they have none. I learned this the hard way, and I don't want anyone else to have the same experience.

ContactsExpress.ca Poor Customer Service and False Advertising at ContactsExpress.ca

I put in my order on a Saturday, October 17th, with ContactsExpress.ca. Their website and advertisements stated that my order would be shipped within 24-48 hours. However, after 48 hours, I received an email asking if I had received my order, which had not been sent yet. I was a bit confused and decided to call customer service on the third business day to inquire about my order. They informed me that my order was still being "processed" and that it "should" go out within the next 24-48 business hours. They mentioned that they receive thousands of orders every day, and it's hard to keep up with the demand. I was a bit taken aback by this statement. If a company is making $100k-$200k in orders a day, shouldn't their operations be more efficient? I had no guarantee of when my order would be shipped.

Later in the day, I called back to check on the status of my order, and they informed me that it was finally being "prepared" and would ship out in the next 24-48 business hours. At this point, I felt like it was false advertising. I requested them to cancel my order because it seemed like they did not appreciate my business. However, they couldn't even guarantee that. I asked to speak to a superior, but apparently, they all leave before the end of the day. So, no one could guarantee anything for me.

I refuse to do business with a company that does not appreciate my business. With the "1000's" of orders they receive a day, they obviously don't appreciate your business either. I would suggest not bothering with this company and going to Wal-Mart or anywhere else to get your lenses. You'll probably be treated better there.

I was taken aback by their response and asked to speak with Andrea's supervisor. However, she refused to provide me with any information about her boss or how to contact them. I felt that she was being quite rude and unprofessional, especially when she hung up on me when I asked for more information. I also felt that my English language skills may have played a role in how she treated me.

After waiting a week, I still had not received any updates about my order. Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I decided to cancel the entire order, including the other items that I had purchased. Andrea did not make this process easy for me and I still do not know if my order was successfully canceled.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with the service that I received from ContactsExpress.ca. I hope that they take my feedback seriously and provide their representatives with the tools and training they need to improve their customer service skills. I would also appreciate it if someone from HR could contact me so that I can file a formal complaint against Andrea. I hope that no one else has to experience the same kind of treatment that I did.

ContactsExpress.ca Unreliable Shipping and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Contactsexpress.ca

I placed an order for my contact lenses on May 23rd and it's currently June 3rd, but I still haven't received them. I was quite disappointed because I had chosen and paid for 1-3 business day shipping during checkout. However, after waiting for a week and a half, I decided to email them to inquire about the delay. To my surprise, they replied with an apology and said that there was nothing they could do about it. They didn't even bother to inform me that my order would be delayed or keep me updated on the progress. If I had known that it would take two weeks instead of the promised 1-3 days, I would have ordered from my optometrist instead, even if it meant paying extra.

I sent them another email on Friday to ask when I would receive my order and they replied that I would get it on Monday and that they would provide me with a tracking number. However, it's already Saturday and I haven't heard from them, nor have I received my contacts. I'm graduating from university in a few days and then leaving for Asia for a month. Unfortunately, I'll have to wear glasses while crossing the stage and scuba diving. This company is ruining my life milestones, and it's frustrating that they don't seem to care about their customers.

I strongly advise you to avoid contactsexpress.ca and order from a different company. Their customer service is terrible, and they lie about shipping times. They're unprofessional and unreliable. If they start taking my order seriously and I receive my contacts by Monday, I'll consider revising this review. Until then, stay away from contactsexpress.ca.

ContactsExpress.ca Address Database Issue on ContactsExpress.ca - My Experience

So, I recently tried to place an order on ContactsExpress.ca, and I have to say, I ran into a bit of a snag. It seems that their order form doesn't have my address in its database, and it won't accept it as a ship to address. Now, I know what you're thinking - "just use a different address!" - but unfortunately, it's not that simple. You see, the problem address is 25 Third Street in Toronto, with the postal code M5J 2B3. And while there is another 25 Third Street in Etobicoke that does come up in the system, that's not where I live.

I have to admit, I was pretty frustrated by this. I mean, I've ordered from plenty of online stores before, and I've never had this kind of issue. But I really wanted to get my hands on some new contacts, so I decided to try and find a workaround. In the end, I wound up having to ship my order to my daughter's house instead, which was definitely not ideal.

Now, I don't want to be too harsh on ContactsExpress.ca. I'm sure they're doing their best to keep their database up to date, and I'm sure they'll get around to adding my address eventually. But I do think it's worth mentioning this issue, just in case anyone else out there is having the same problem. And hey, if you're reading this and you work for ContactsExpress.ca, maybe you could pass this along to your IT department? It would be much appreciated!

ContactsExpress.ca Mixed Experience with ContactsExpress.ca: Coupon Error, Handling Fee, and Price Discrepancy

I recently made an order on ContactsExpress.ca and tried to use the CXNEW coupon, but unfortunately, I received an error message saying that my subtotal must be greater than $149.00. I was a bit confused as I had purchased two boxes of Dailies total 1 at $74.89 each, which should have totaled $149.78. I'm not sure why my order didn't qualify for the coupon, but I hope the customer service team can help me out.

Additionally, I noticed that there was a handling fee of $27.00 added to my order. I don't recall seeing this fee when I tried to order on a separate session, so I'm not sure if this is a new fee or not. It's a bit frustrating to have unexpected fees added to my order, but I hope that the quality of the products and service will make up for it.

On a separate note, I received a reminder email from ContactsExpress.ca with the unit price for the same contact lenses at $95.95 each. I'm glad that I was able to purchase them at a lower price, but it's a bit confusing to see different prices for the same product. ContactsExpress.ca ContactsExpress.ca Review: High Shipping Cost for Small Orders

So, I was checking out ContactsExpress.ca for some contacts for my girl's eyes. I only needed one box, but they charged $9 for shipping. I mean, come on, that's a lot just for shipping! I saw that their competitor was offering free shipping with no minimum purchase, but their prices were a lot higher. So, I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I could call the other company and try to get a price match, but who has time for that?

I guess if I needed more than one box, I wouldn't mind paying for shipping since it would make sense to get the free shipping deal by spending $99. But, my girl's eyes Rx might change and we already have two boxes of the right eye, so we just need one box of the left eye to keep her going until her next check up.

Overall, I'm a bit disappointed with the shipping cost, but I guess c'est la vie. Maybe next time I'll try to find a better deal or just suck it up and pay for the shipping.

ContactsExpress.ca Disappointing Service from ContactsExpress.ca: Package Lost and No Urgency in Resolving Issue

So, I ordered my contacts from ContactsExpress.ca and the package status said it was "delivered". But guess what? I never got the package! I mean, seriously, what kind of service is that? I'm leaving the country in a week and I desperately need my contacts. When I called them up to try and have another shipment sent out, they told me that nothing would be done until the shipper confirmed it was lost. I can appreciate the fact that the shipper is responsible, but come on, man! Due to the urgent nature of my request, I would have appreciated some more urgency on their part.

I mean, I get it, mistakes happen. But when you're dealing with people's vision, you need to take things seriously. As a result, I'm forced to pay for 1 day shipping just to get my contacts in time. And let me tell you, that's not cheap! I'm not sure if I'll be using this site to order my contacts in the future. I mean, if they can't even get a simple delivery right, how can I trust them with my vision?

ContactsExpress.ca Disappointed with ContactsExpress.ca: Poor Customer Service and No Refund for Lost Order

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with ContactsExpress.ca. I've been a loyal customer for years, but my last order really left a bad taste in my mouth. I mean, come on, how hard is it to send something to the right address? I moved out of my old place back in May, but I guess I forgot to update my shipping address when I placed my order in August. No big deal, right? I had mail forwarding set up with Canada Post, so I figured my contacts would just get forwarded to my new place.

Well, turns out that's not how it works. Apparently, mail forwarding only applies to regular mail, not Xpress post. So my contacts just got sent back to ContactsExpress.ca, and I never even knew they had arrived. When I contacted customer service to see if they could help me out, they basically just shrugged and said it wasn't their problem. They wouldn't even refund my money!

I mean, I get that it was technically my fault for not updating my address, but come on. I've been a loyal customer for years, and this is how they treat me? It's just not right. I'm out $130, and I don't even have my contacts. Needless to say, I won't be using ContactsExpress.ca again. I'll be looking for a new contact lens seller who actually cares about their customers.

ContactsExpress.ca Disappointing Experience with ContactsExpress.ca: Nightmare Ordering Process and Terrible Customer Service

So, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with ContactsExpress.ca. I mean, I wish I could give them a negative review, but I guess that's not an option. Anyways, the whole ordering process was a total nightmare. I placed my order and then waited over a week for them to even ship my contacts, even though they had already charged me for them. And don't even get me started on their customer service. Those people had no idea what they were doing and it was like pulling teeth just to get a straight answer out of them. And when I tried to file a complaint, they just kept repeating the same old platitudes over and over again. It was like they didn't even care about my concerns.

Honestly, it felt like they were intentionally trying to make the whole process as difficult as possible. I mean, sure, you might save a few bucks on your contacts, but is it really worth all the hassle? Unless you've got all the time in the world to deal with their terrible customer service, I'd say it's not worth it. Personally, I won't be ordering from them again.

ContactsExpress.ca Cart and Product Navigation Issues on ContactsExpress.ca

I had a bit of trouble with the cart on ContactsExpress.ca when I tried to place a new order. It kept showing me my previous order, but when I clicked on "proceed to checkout," the cart would suddenly be empty. This was frustrating, as it meant I had to start all over again.

To make matters worse, the brand of contacts that my family and I have been using for years didn't show up in the drop-down menu under "contacts" on the top menu. I got the impression that you might no longer carry that brand.

Thankfully, I was able to go back a few steps in my browser history and find my previous order. From there, I used the product link to order from scratch once I had the product "in front of me."

I didn't need to follow up with customer service, but it would have been nice if the experience had been smoother. After all, the reason I use your site in the first place is to make things easier for myself. I hope that next time I order, I won't run into the same issues.

ContactsExpress.ca Beware of False Advertising: My Experience with ContactsExpress.ca

ContactsExpress.ca is a website that sells contacts. I recently had an experience with them that I would like to share. I received an email from them in the morning that said my contacts were available at 50% off. I was excited about this because I needed new contacts and this seemed like a great deal. I decided to make my order a few hours later.

However, a few days later, I received an email from them saying that they didn't have my relatively common contact in stock. I was disappointed because I had already made the order and was looking forward to receiving my contacts. This is a classic example of "Bait and switch", which is illegal under Canadian law. They offered me a different contact for a much higher price, which I was not happy about.

I would like to warn others to be careful when dealing with ContactsExpress.ca. While they may have good contacts, their advertising tactics are not always truthful. I am not sure if they are really Canadian, as the "help centre" told me they were from California. This makes me wonder if they just hire out of country. It's hard to know what to believe anymore.

Overall, I would say that my experience with ContactsExpress.ca was not a good one. I will not be doing business with them again and will be warning my family and friends to be cautious as well. It's important to be aware of false advertising and to know your rights as a consumer.
