Slow Verizon DSL download speeds

My Verizon Internet DSL download speeds are consistently slow at around 1.5 Mbps. Some customers are set at speeds of 1.5 Mbps while others are set at 3.0 Mbps, even though we pay the same price. Please share your download speeds, lines distances, and line attenuations to determine if Verizon should increase our speeds.
