Would not recommend to anyone

I called bunch of time. Bad customer service. After waiting thru 45 minutes to talk to a billing rep. She hung up on me. This happen twice. I would not recommend fois to nobody.

you need to contact the towers near atlanta. call and ask for the legal department. i did that after a supervisor cussed me out for bothering him. amazingly the situation was handled immediatly and had an executive.officer from verizon call and make an apology and fixed the situation.

the call center is a subcontractor and has no authority.. call the verizon towers in atlanta.
