I was reviewing my credit statement from Target bill and noticed that my interest jumped from 14% to 19%. I was not late or over the limit so imagine the suprise. I called to see what was going on. The guy on the other line explained they sent me something in Feb. that explained it all according to him. I am not a lawyer or business person. I am sure I skimmed and nothing jumped out at me. Wiz kid on the other line said I had chance to opt out but that time had passed. I said I did not see anything I had to sign. I was calm and told him that I know he had no control over it. It got worse though when I asked to be transfered and he wouldn't do it. He said that he was the supervisor and there was not one else. No wonder he such freaking dip sh&t he has to run all Target by himself. We all know that is not true, but is really worth my time to argue with someone that doesn't care. II just want to pass along the word. Chase was happy enough to transfer my Target balance with zero percent interest.
