I recently came across Auchan's website (auchan.fr) and I must say, I was quite disappointed to learn about their involvement in supporting war and conducting business with Russia. It's truly a shame. It seems that a significant portion of their funds are directed towards the supply of weapons. This is deeply troubling, especially considering the innocent lives lost due to the actions of Russian invaders. As a result, I have decided not to engage in any business with this company and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to anyone else.

J'habite à 45 km de chez vous, et j'ai acheté un article sur votre site auchan.fr. Malheureusement, dès le premier jour d'utilisation, j'ai remarqué que l'article était défectueux. C'est vraiment dommage car je ne pouvais pas le savoir avant de l'utiliser. Je suis vraiment déçu de la qualité de votre produit.
Je dois dire que je suis également très déçu de votre service. Je trouve que c'est vraiment pitoyable de vendre de la camelote chinoise bon marché. Je m'attendais à mieux de la part d'une grande enseigne comme Auchan.
Maintenant, je suis prêt à payer pour le retour de l'article, mais je veux absolument un remboursement. J'espère que vous pourrez résoudre ce problème rapidement et efficacement. Merci.

Delivery
I ordered merchandise and chose the time to deliver it between 13:00H - 15:00H. I contacted customer service at 13:15H and she just advised the order was in the process of delivery. I asked what time I expected to receive my order. The customer refused to answer my question and asked me to contact the driver. Now it is 16:19H, I still have not received anything. I requested to cancel and refund my money back but customer service told me the order was processed and not cancel either refund. I am truly disappointed with the way Auchan provides its services and the way the customer service helps clients solve their problems.
