I ordered seven items from StyleWe. But they completely messed up with the sizes. This website shows a wonderful display of modern, beautiful clothes, but the actual products do not match the pictures. Items I received were just horrible and ugly! Nothing looked like pictures. Colors, material, and sizes – everything was wrong. I sent them an email and demanded a refund. But they did not respond, until I began a PayPal dispute. They promised to refund my money within 3 business days, but I never got my money back. Every time I send them a message, there are only excuses. Since I paid with PayPal, I thought there will be no problems. So I have to chase them and send them messages every day. They stole $900 from me! The worst website ever! Do not purchase anything, this site is a scam.

First, I paid through a 3rd party... Stylewe shows I ordered 2 of the same outfits which I only ordered 1 and o ly received one. The one I received is too small and trying to return. No one is contacted regarding a double order I didn't receive or regarding the order I did that I'm attempting to return. . My email is aprilhansley@hotmail.com

Item was purchased on June 27, 2023 and is still saying processing. Not sure what the problem is with processing the item and shipping it out. Unable to reach anyone in Customer Service to determine what the issue is with item being shipped and at this point would just like to get my money back.

I purchased a dress on 8/22/23 and after 16 days the shipping status says mmm still shows "processing". I sent multiple emails to the c.s. Department only to be told the dress had been shipped and I was sent another tracking #. The tracking number has been idle as of 8/30/23 with notice that the item has not been received by the post office. Today I received an email saying I was being issued a partial refund on an item that was never shipped. Please don't use this company. As a consumer if a company feels obliged to hurt our pockets we should do the same to them. DO NOT BUT FROM STYLEWE OR THEIR SUBSIDIARIES. Enough is enough. Let's send a message until shady practices are no longer tolerated.

DO not purchase in this Website.

The Quality of items are super poor, they only give 40% refund back to customer if you want to return the items (and the customer need to pay the return shipping fee either.).

The shape of these cloth are completely not the same as the image. (totally different)

I have tried to return two dresses. Both are a size too large & poorly constructed. It's impossible to return on the company website. Every time I click on return, nothing happens. This company is a total scam. I'll never buy again. Guess I'll have to donate clothing to charity.

I warn everyone to avoid this company.

Ordered 3 items, delivery time was not acceptable. My order was placed in December 2022. I finally received 2 dresses in February 2023, they were of poor quality and cheaply made material. I submitted a couple of emails for a return label, but as of today, Feb 11, 2023, I haven't received the information needed to return the items for my refund. Do not use this company. Pictures on the website are deceiving!

I ordered 3 dresses, 2 finally arrived nearly 6 weeks later. The other item I cancelled due to slow delivery, was supposedly given a refund. The 2 dresses I received are of poor quality and cheaply made material. I've tried several times requesting the return label but they will not send it to me. I want to return this mess and get my refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM STYLEWE!

My husband purchased this fashionable crew neck long sleeve jacket in a medium fit. This outfit is stunning and fits my body perfectly. It can be worn with jeans, dresses, pants, etc. On the other hand, the jacket smelled like fish. In the future, could you work on that issue? Furthermore, in the future, improve and enhance the delivery time.

I also reordered one of the items that I wanted to exchange for another size. Now I have two of them. The phone number is fake for customer service. 877.277.7209. I order 3 dresses, one month after they send it and say i have to pay to get the orders, when i get to see the dresses rhe material até all diferente, the dress is completely diferente from what i order, i have pictures to show. A big thank you for you all who posted here. Myself found it impossible to believe that it is possible to produce ANY clothing even close to what the photograph conveys. The photos are clearly of high end designer clothing. The fabric alone would cost more at whole sale. Clearly, they are able to function on human hope. Consumer protection law must stop the influx of this absolute garbage.

I have already buy that dress for my wife for her birthday. And what? I'm received my order after almost a month! Why is not showing up about chinise product? I'm really disagree. Very low quality. All lines is not straight. I'm very disappointed about that not quality product! I need full refund with shipping coast immediately!

I ordered 4 items for my daughter, after almost a month, one dress came defective, all 4 items were not as shown from their website, they just didn't fit my girl's.

They would not let me return the defective dress, not sure how, but ok, they were giving me a store credit at 1/2 price.
Next, I requested return label for the remaining 3 items ( we live in US ).
To make story short, I sent my return via USPS on 9/2/2018, it is now 10/2/2018, I still did not hear from them, nor refund my money.
If Stylewe do not refund my money soon, its a big scam.

after reading the above comments about this company Stylewe! i'm hesitant about bothering to return two dresses i have received from them this week!
They are dreadfull ! i could'nt wear them as they look so cheap nothing like the picture on the webpage.
However! i will get in touch with Paypal and see what they suggest i do!

I ordered a dress from Stylewe a few months ago for about $80. There was absolutely no disclosure on their website that the company is based in China.
The dress arrived very late and was badly cut; the material was junky.
When I tried to return it I was told that I had to return it to China. It cost me $23 to ship it back.
When it got there, Stylewe REFUSED THE SHIPMENT and it was eventually returned to me with the label "refused".
I am out $100.00, and I am stuck with a junky garment which I will never wear.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

I've been reading all these reviews and have to say that my experience has been all the opposite. I have been ordering many dresses from Stylewe and they've all been in perfect quality. I am an on line shopper and I am by all means not disappointed, on the contrary I can't wait to order and look forward ordering from them. All my purchases have arrived in perfect condition and love the quality of the cloth. Seriously obsessed with this website. It is hard for me to believe all these reviews. I know the sizes are so off depending on the style. You have to look at the measurements and take it from there. Some are way too small and the free sizes are not what I thought they would be, but it is a chance I take. Not complaining at all, I am not sure of their customer services since I've never had the need to call them. Over all, I love this website and have purchased over 60 pieces and haven't been disappointed in any of my orders. As a matter of fact, when I wear any cloth from StyleWe I always receive many compliments and can't wait for my next purchase.

It sounds like a lot of people cheaped out, got what they paid for, and are mad about it. When you pay a lot for an item, you are paying for quality materials, fast shipping time, good construction, and painless customer service - not to mention the designer who came up with the idea in the first place. When you pay $120 for a knock-off designer dress you get a scratchy thing that you knock on wood will fit, and you pray you don't have issues. Don't pour salt in your eye and then act bewildered that it stings.

Also, a lot of you are hella racist. China/Chinese people aren't "evil". What are you, 6? This is just a company that is offering [censor] things for cheap prices. It's basically Walmart. It can be argued that Walmart is kind of evil, but that doesn't make all of America and its citizens evil. A few of you are having problems getting refunds, but you really should be able to clear that up with your credit card provider or PayPal. If not, do be aware that international post is very crappy so who knows what happened. Or maybe the company is [censor] and conning you. Either way, it doesn't make a whole country evil. Who even thinks like that?

Thank you for sharing all your concerns and comments about StyleWe.Com. After reading all negative feedbacks from various customers, I decided NOT to pursue doing business with StyleWe. I am a Fashion Designer and planning to send my fashion designs with them. I am an Independent Fashion Designer. StyleWe said that their platforms are focused to individual designers to market their fashion designs into Fashion World. Their motto is to help all the fashion designers to have lesser work from operating the business, manufacturing up to marketing. The company's objective is all about the Fashion Designers to focus their time to creativity and to design. If these customers are stressing out for wrong sizes; problems with Customer Service regarding refunds and it takes time for sending the exchange of re-sizing; poor communication, etc. as a Fashion Designer, I will have the same ordeal with this company. I cannot deal with company who is lack of efficiency, integrity and trustworthy. Again, Thank you for sharing! I hope to see you soon to my own online shopping soon.

I am waiting for Stylewe to refund my return. They did not contact me until I submitted a dispute with my credit card company. This company also lied to say I should close my dispute with PayPal. Closing the case would have released them from their obligation to refund me my money. I will be contacting the Better Business. To say issues were resolved because they could not get in touch with the customer is probably a lie. What customer would not want their money back. This should not be labeled as a RESOLVED. THey had lied to me!

Saddened to hear people have had a bad experience, but rather horrified by some of the racist remarks. Not all Chinese are swindlers-- that's like saying all Americans are fat! I've had many positive experience with Chinese merchants & artisans. After buying clothes in person in China, sizing is small. The majority of Asians are smaller than Westerners. That being said, this site showcases different designers, so I imagine the diversity of quality/sizing is great.

I cannot thank you all enough. I was in the process of placing a $400 order and something said check it out further. I really think it was the "pay NOW" and now was in all caps and made me feel like someone was in my pocket taking my money while I looked the other way! I have had numerous problems with sites from China. And my mother had an issue with a site from China (not saying that all are fraudulent, however, they always have delayed to no return policies, even though they clearly state returns are accepted on their site... just not processed). I will only use a China website by way of Amazon, Etsy, some other governing site with buyer protection and that is still a headache. What sucks is this site states a London address to give a different illusion, which makes them crafty. Please only use a credit card that you can immediately cancel the transaction once products received are hardly what was shown on their site. And the positive remarks clearly seem out of place. As a business owner of both goods and services, it's horrible to even set out with ill intentions. But we must share information and not allow these sites to steal from us. Hope you all have resolution and money won't hurt either. Be well.

I ordered two items in July for $126.00. My charge card showed TWO identical charges for $126. When I complained to the company they said they only had one order, and I cancelled it. The second $126 charge did not go away. My credit card company credited me for both charges. No merchandize was received. Now my credit card company is billing me again for $126! I then ordered one item, in a medium size. I wear a size 10. When it arrived it was very very small, so I emailed them for a credit/exchange form so I could exchange it for a large. NOTHING! I'm still waiting for the form. This company is a disaster! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
