I received a proposal from Ron Roberts for the purchase and installation of bamboo floors. He needed $3725 up front to get his "contractors" prices from his supplier and informed me I would have new flooring shipped to me from China within two weeks. After a couple of delays I requested a copy of his materials invoice - he has cut off contact with me ever since. I try calling his number [protected] but he never answers phone or returns phone calls. Only email address is available thru his LA County Craigslist postings - which he does not respond to. Come to find out this guy owes more than $30, 000 in small claims judgments through Los Angeles and Orange County, CA courts. He makes his living by ripping people off! He knows how many others he has ripped off.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Ron Roberts happily took my money in December. Two months later the job isn't complete. Just getting him to come back once took an enormous amount of effort and energy. He took my money and team of new floors and ground it into the ground. Avoid this loser.
