Yep, this is a scam. Ordered Becker, the complete series. It came from an Asian address, poor quality, some won't play. I tried to get a refund, took awhile to get a resonse and they offered my half my money back to keep them, but I asked for a total refund. No response on where to send them so I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and get my money back. They had the nerve to legally threaten me. I would like to meet the lawyer that would defend them!

they are still planetdvdstore.com i thought i tried to order from them saturday, luckily my card was declined, however they did call me to tell me that, then asked for another card number. I thought this was suspicious, so i researched them and found this site. glad I did! i can't believe i almost got taken like that! I alreadly blocked my credit card.anyways.. strangely enough they did call me.

I ordered from this planet dvd store and have yet to recieve my dvds a month later even though they charged my card that day. They have yet to respond to any of my emails and now when I look for the website they switched names to tv dvd.

I too just got robbed by these ###...
They are theives
Total crap copies
they do not work
i lost $88...
no return address
no response to my e-mails
they give on buying a bad name
i am pissed off and i wish i could do something

Looks like I am too late too. I bought The Practice DVD series and I have yet to see it. I have contacted them several times and no response. Scam! Has anyone got money back from their credit card company?

Has anyone turned these people into the better business buearu yet? I am at the end of my rope with these scam artists! I ordered the Cybill DVD set for my mothers birthday and got Caroline in the City, and can not get a hold of ANYONE to return this, I guess if I could read Chinese I could, Grrr. Calling my credit card company as I type this.

I ordered the Laverne and Shirley TV series and when I got them some of the discs were exact burned copies of the released seasons right down to the menues and graphics and some of them were recorded from broadcast tv also they clam that they are unedited that is plain not true I have seen some of the unedited shows and there is things missing I have reported the copying to the MPAA

Report them to the MPAA, which investigates film piracy (www.mpaa.org)

I live in the UK, I bought the entire series of SISTERS from these people as I have never seen it for sale via a reputable site over here. They never showed the series in UK but I saw it when I lived in Norway 15 years ago. I missed the final episode as we had to leave to come back to England.

It was obvious when then the discs arrived that they were pirated copies. Made from very bad video recordings with a frayed bottom on the picture. The second disc I tried would not even play in my machine. There are 49 discs all useless.

I am contacting my credit card company to see if they can help me as the contract between the American advertised company was with them as I used their card. I was worried when the discs arrived with postage from China.

Does anyone know if the series Sisters was ever released on DVD by NBC?

I just bought the full 11 seasons of 7 Heaven on DVD, but only got seasons 1-7 and some of the disk were bad; not to mention what I got looks nothing like the picture on TV DCD Mania website.

I was suckered into that as well i bought both seasons of High Incident and it was done off cable tv "fox8" to be exact i hope no one else gets sucked into this cause i lost 100$ on this one and it makes me angry someone can do that and take peoples money. I was surprised after reading these complaints that they sent out the product.

I got a return address! Supposedly as soon as you let kathy connor (Storediscsmania@gmail.com) know that you've sent the dvd back via regular registered mail, your account will immediately be credited (Minus shipping charges). I looked up usps website & it looks like it's $10.60 to ship an item this way. Here's the address:

I ordered the complete set of secret agent man aka danger man, which are 18 DVDs and marketed in the US. What i received was 13 pirated copies all bundled in paper sleeves in one large plastic case with hand labeled cd labels(eg 1, 2, 3. When confronted, Kathy from support desk mentioned and i quote
Please keep in mind an Official DVD Collection has never been released for this series and what you recxeived was a Collectors/Fan Version" which is guess is thier companies way of say illegally copied material.
The label on the outer case clearly states 18 DVDs but the Chinese pirate only included 13.
I havew the option after several e-mails of returning it to China registered mail at my expense to get a refund less their postage.
All in all, i get to pay twenty hard earned Americxan dollars for nothing but a cheap attempt on Planet DVD Store to make money selling inferior and illegal merchandise.

I ordered third watch form this company and have already been charged for it and it has been deducted from my checking account and I haven't ever recived the dvd's I orderd. I have tried e-mailing them and they won't return my e-mails, in fact I had a notice that said failure to send email that the email adddress had been disconnected. Is there any way to get a class action lawsuit stared againest this company for all of those who have lost their money.

Dvd of Golden Girls are home made and do not work! This is a scam I think I am out 102.00 for the set that doesn't even work and is home made to boot.

I WAS SCAMMED ALSO-ORDERED DUKES OF HAZARD DVDS-CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM. THE TELEPHONE NUMBER GIVEN TO ME BY THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS AN ANSWERING MACHINE AND NO ONE CALLS BACK. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE E-MAILS.

I thought this was illegal? Where is Interpol? These DVDs are both Recorded from TV and/or Copied from DVDs. I bought The Twilght Zone here because it was 75% off. They still made a killing because it cost them about $2 to copy the DVDs. The DVDs were in plastics sleeves all loose inside of these cases that were the size of VHS cases. This place is Ripping you off! Don't buy anything from them. The First thing to look for is in the CONTACT Section... the only contact is by e-mail, Not Legit! Back to the 'ol Cliche, "if it sounds too good to be true it probably is"!

I ordered complete seasons of Scarecrow and Mrs. king and Hart to Hart tv series. Dvds were poorly copied and edited. Dvds had Hallmark identified on them, commericals partially deleted and blue screen (blank areas), also very grainy ( poor resolution). Product came from China, invoice was in Chinese except for my mailing address. Also no information as how to return product if necessary. I am very disappointed due to no where on DvD Planet Store website did it indicate product was reproduced in China. I ordered new not used Dvds. I will not order from this company again. I hope everyone else will read these complaints before buying from Planet DvD Store, I wish I had.

ON DECEMBER 9TH 2010 I HAD MADE A PURCHASE OF THE COLLECTIONS CALLED THE HONEYMOONERS COMPLETE COLLECTION, 57 DVD 225UNCUT SHOWS AND EXTRAS, I RECEIVED THE DVDS ON DEC23, 2010, ON DEC 25TH, 2010 WE OPEN THE CASE AND PLAYED THE FIRST DVD, WOULD NOT PLAY, WENT TO THE 2ND DVD, WOULD NOT PLAY, THE THIRD DVD PLAYED BUT SKIPPED LIKE CRAZY, SO I CALLED THE NUMBER THAT WAS ON MY BANK STAMENT [protected] ORDER NUMBER DC340495, AND LEFT A MESSAGE THAT THE DVDS WHERE NOT WORKING AND LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER. NEVER HEARD BACK, WE THEN STARTED TO LOOK AT THE PACKAGING THAT THE DVD WERE IN AND THE NAME ON THE PACKAGE WAS MISPELLED. SO I TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER AGAIN FROM MY HOUSE AND NOW A BUSY SIGNAL IS THERE, I TRIED THE NUMBER ON MY CELL AND I GOT THROUGH BUT NO ANSWER JUST A MACHINE THAT SAYS TV/DVD STORE. I SPENT $160 FOR THIS DVD COLLECTION AND I AM TRULY UPSET. THEY HAVE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND EVERYTHING AND I AM VERY WORRIED PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER, THANK YOU SO MUCH TARA POLTO

I ORDERED A TV SERIES "COLLECTION" FROM THIS WEBSITE. WHEN I FINALLY RCVD THE PRODUCT, I REALIZED THAT THEY WERE RECORDED FROM THE TV, NOT IN ANY KIND OF CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER, & MISSING ABOUT 1/2 OF THE EPISODES. I wished that I had read your complaints before helping my 73 yrs old mother place an order. This company is a complete rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
The first clue should have been that they do not have a phone number posted on their website for customer service. Then after I emailed them THREE times as to the status of my mothers order, they finally reply stating order was on the way. After I read all the complaints, I told my mother that it was best to try and get her $$ back from the bank and refuse the order IF it was ever delivered. She did just that.
A few days ago, the packages were delivered with no company name on them but it did have Chinese writing all over the package. My mother refused the packages and we guess they are on a slow boat back to China! FRAUDS!
