Why do we need to have more chemicals added to our cigarettes? The FSC cigarettes are giving me a terrible sore throat and they taste different. I always enjoyed smoking but now it sucks.

Peter Jackson blue 25g pouch of tobacco has a almost perfume plastic taste and strong aroma ..

headache after first few draws makes me feel ill.

Very disappointed and will definitely never purchase again.

Highly suggest product being recalled as it can't be to standards being the way it is.

Not very impressed. Unhappy customer to say the least

Just tried this for first time with a sliding machine. The static causes it to stick all over pouch and plastic machine. I lose more than I smoke. I try to scrape it back in to Packet it bounces back

In a pack of merit ultra light menthol silver pack cigarettes, I found this cigarette. I have been a loyal smoker of these cigarettes for years and was disappointed with finding this cigarette in a pack. As expensive as these are, I think your quality control should be more attentive!

I bought a carton after they changed the name of the special blend cigarettes to special select. They make me dizzy for hours after each cigarette. I've been a smoker for over 25 years and nothing like this has ever happened before.

I wanted to try your Marlboro Ice Menthol and can't find them anywhere. My address is 730 W James Ave #218, Rossville, Ga 30741. If you could tell me what retailer is near by that would b great or mail me a complimentary pack that would be awesome. My husband likes regular Marlboro Red/black. I'm a menthol conesour.

My email is 44youngjames@gmail.com
Thank you

I've smoked Marlboro lights for almost 40 years. I uderstand the responsibilty that comes with being a smoker. I also understand wanting to make them safer. These new FSC's are horrible. The aftertaste is very bitter. Having to relight over and over can't be safe. Most people who smoke do so while driving. I guess we need a new law saying we can't do that either. Smoking used to be my time of relaxation and meditation, now it's a big aggrivation that taste like crap.

first of all, no one was even notified of these new cigarettes that contain this new fire safe material! I think it would have been proper for philip morris, as well as all of the tobacco companies, to have at least notified its loyal customers of this fsc thing, whatever it is, and whatever the cigarettes now contain! originally, i thought it was the colder than normal weather that was making my cigarettes keep going out. it was becoming and still is, very annoying! the cigarettes don't taste the same any more either. i wish the tobacco companies would have made some kind of announcements, like tv commercials, or some news ads in the newspapers, or anything! i just don't know if i am going to continue purchasing the cigarettes that i''ve been smoking for a great many years? i smoked marlboro lights for about 10 years, then swithched over to marlboro menthol lights, and have been smoking them for 6 or 7 years now. i've always enjoyed the excellent taste and flavor that philip morris has provided in their products over the years, and now they just don't seem the same anymore... my name is Wayne Phelps, 5207 redwing street, zephyrhills fl 33541, a loyal customer throughout the years, thank you.

Thought i was imagining things SADLY after reading all the thousands of complaints i am not alone.. THE fire SAFE cigarette SUCKS... I have NEVER in my life hated smoking more than right now.. been 35+ years sadly... THESE cigarettes are NOT SAFE BY NO STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION.. You have to SUCK ON THE DARNED thing like a train to keep it lit... The ash falls constantly everywhere.. I have burn holes on my table and on countless clothes.. i have burned myself more times then i can COUNT.. SICK OF THEM... taste different as well.. COMPLETELY agree with what everyone is saying.. CHANGE THE CIGS back or i am changing brands if that doesn't work LORD willing i can quit...

I smoked for 14 years and I quit after the very first pack of FSC cigs that I tried. It felt like I was breathing through a rag, my mouth wouldn't salivate, and my lips felt like 'plastic'. I went around to all the local stores, jumping from brand to brand, smoking anything that didn't have the FSC. I finally got tired of this and went to the Smoke Shop. I bought a bag of American Spirit tobacco. 100% Additive free, pure tobacco. Even though I smoked that whole pouch without filters, (roughly 35 cigs), I actually felt BETTER. I became convinced that manufactured cigs are nothing but a legal drug. They aren't tobacco, they are chemical cocktails produced in a lab, designed to keep people hooked. I used to smoke a pack a day. Now that I've smoked natural tobacco, I don't even crave it. I spend about $8 a week on tobacco, I only smoke when I actually want to, and I for the first time in nearly 2 decades, I again feel as good as I did as a teen. I will never, EVER buy another package of manufactured cigarettes again. So in closing, I would actually like to thank the gov't for forcing tobacco companies to add FSC to their tobacco. That regulation may have very well increased my life-span. Even if I don't live longer, I feel much better and have more money to spend on better things.

The new "fire safety" chemical that was added is more hamful and burns things worse than before. When you don't continue to smoke the cigarette it goes out and when you re-light it the hots fall off and burn things. I have seveal burn spots in my bed sheets, blanket, couch and even the seats in my car because of this stupid idea!
I know that many fires were started by a cigarette falling out of ash trays or someone falling asleep with them but come on this is the stupidest thing I have seen, you are causing fires!
The Government is making it almost impossible for tobacco companies to stay in business, why would you, Phillip Morris add to your problem by adding this so called fire safety? It is NOT at all fire safe, it should be called "fire starter".
Maybe we smokers should boycot all tobacco companies and go with the new electric cigarette, at least we don't have to babysit them as someone previously said, continue to re-light them, have the bad taste or have things catch on fire because of the "fire safe" chemical.

I agree with all of you about Marlboro tasting different and making my throat sore. Also the cigarettes are more of a fire hazard now than they ever were. Chunks of fire fall off the end. Where's the safety factor come into play? I never worried before about catching anything on fire but I sure do now. When it happens who do I send the bill to?

i have been smoking marlboro lights for 35 years and now they suck. i guess if your trying to get people to quit your definetly on the right track.
when you way over charge, 40.00 a carton for something you should let it be know to everyone! that you are going to put some nasty chemical in it.!

Dear Phillip Morris and Marlboro,

I have been smoking Marlboro Reds for over 20 years and so has my wife. We probably spend 400.00 or more a month buying your cigarettes. Since you have made your brand with the added chemicals and made them smokeless, they taste terrible and are not enjoyable to smoke anymore. I demand as a loyale customer, that you change Marlboro back to the way they were. I ask for the packs that do not have the FSC stamp on them but they are getting harder and harder to find. I am sure that when I change brands that you will miss the $5, 000.00 plus per year that I spend on your cigarettes, along with what looks to be thousands of other consumers as well. Marlboro is the best cigarette on the market, OR - WAS. Like the old saying goes, if it ain't broke... DONT fix it. PLEASE go back to the way you were. I don't want to change brands, but I will if I don't get satisfaction!

Sincerely your loyal customer,

Every brand now has fsc. I would think that Winston would stay true to their word about no fillers and such. I`ve tryed every other brand like winston. EVREY brand now has fsc. I`m thinking maybe Europe doesn`t. I`m going online to see if I can`t find ONE brand without this crap in it. If I can`t then I don`t want to smoke anymore and I`ve been a smoker for 30 years.
