Olive Garden all you can eat pasta promotion

My husband and I dined at the location on Lindberg Ave. location in, St. Louis, Missouri. We were quite taken aback when our server brought only " one" bowl of salad and one order of bread sticks initially; he never refilled the salad/bread sticks after he served us the entire bowl of salad without us requesting him to. I ordered the linguini w/ marinara sauce and meatballs. When I requested more of the " endless " pasta, etc. I was TOLD, I would get more when I finished my initial bowl. Really? When I did eventually receive my order there were NO meatballs w/ the pasta. My initial order only contained TWO meatballs! Totally UNBELIEVABLE! SOMETHING definitely needs to be done to right this wrong. By the way I have photos of the waiter, food, etc.

Olive Garden service

We have gone to the Pooler, Ga. Olive Garden location and every time the host has told us a 10 minute wait when my wife and I could clearly see multiple booths/tables clean/available. On both visits this has happen and we simply left when no one could explain why there was a wait time with over half the tables not in use and clean. My Name is Scott Czaplewski and my email is scott.[protected]@gmail.com

If you can't figure out why you have to wait when there are tables open, then you need to eat at home. And if you can't wait 10 freaking minutes, you definitely should eat at home.

Olive Garden despicable service.

We have been going to Olive Garden for many years. The last time we were there the server was not only rude but also pushy. I never want to step foot in there again. My friends used to call Olive Garden (Orange, CA) our headquarters for our Girls Night Out but the last time left such a bad taste in my mouth.
No server should be rude or pushy. Our server never even listened to what we had asked for; not once but at least three times. So sad.

Why in heaven's name would you take a newborn to a restaurant? When we had babies, we took a 3 or 4 year moratorium from eating in a restaurant unless the kid stayed home with a sitter. Until that kid could sit there quiet and behaved, we ate at home. We were no worse for the wear. Get with the program, babe.

Olive Garden the attitude and rude behaviour of the manager karen and server seige at renner road hilliard location

We were the regular customers of the renner road hilliard location since last 3 years, what happened yesterday was unbelievable and very sad..we were 4 adults..we ordered 2 meals and wanted to split as we always do they said you will not be able to enjoy unlimited pasta i said no problem and plus we ordered an appetizer and an extra salad ..and we ordered a soup with one meal and a salad with the other meal..the server was totally rude and i felt we are here for some investigation the manager karen planted this situation with the server seige or cj..they ended up charging us for 3 salads and when i tried to speak to karen the manager that old lady totally lost it and said i was standing right behind the server told you every thing i don't give a crap about the $6.70 i paid extra but is this the way you treat your customers..do you spy on them while they are eating..she made me and my family felt like beggers..when i asked for tje district managers number she got scared and told me to go on website and complain..such a big organisation with totally inappropriate behaviour..i don't know wether it is possible or not but i want to sue them for their behaviour..there brains are filled with dirt rather than business...Shame on you olive garden you have lost a regular customer for the sake of $ 6.70! Incident date 10/5/2016 time 9.00 manager name is karen server name seige or cj location was renner road hilliard.

Olive Garden server behavior

Our server was very nice and personable, so it's not that - it's just the way they are so casual, using the term "you guys" several times. My husband and I are older, and this isn't how we were raised! The server comes to the table, and it's "how are you guys today?" Then in the middle of the meal, it's "how're you guys doing?" Then when we leave, it's "bye guys!" They should just say politely, "how are you today? I'll be your server."

So they are being nice, but it's just so casually familiar, like we're all in college together. I realize that people are not taught social niceties anymore and this is the result, and that managers probably don't know any different either, but maybe this is something restaurants could and should take up in their training!

Olive Garden customer service

Last night my family and I ate at the Olive Garden in Times Square . Whilst sat in the restaurant my handbag was stolen from the back of my chair . This was very upsetting, but what was more upsetting was the attitude of the management . Basically they didn't care the manager made no effort to help me just shrugged his shoulders . Only our waiter made an effort to help. The manager gave me the feeling that this thing happens all the time in his restaurant, what sort of message does that give to tourists .
Do not go to Olive Garden Times Square unless you want to be robbed !

This complaint is obviously coming from a millennial. They never accept responsibility for their behavior or actions and always want to blame someone else. Next time wear a cross body bag; Never hang your purse on the back of a chair; leave your bag in the car and only take in a card. don't sit in an open space, get a booth. Take it as a lesson learned from your being stupid. It's not the restaurant or the managers's fault or responsibility to monitor your possessions when you go out to eat.

I Cant image how that made you feel ! If I had been out at dinner and was robbed I would have felt extremely scared. But for the manger to treat you like, that would be like poring salt on a wound. They are in the bussines of serving people not treating them like they don't care. I was wondering did they call the police for you ?

I have a few things to say to this. First being, that it is not their fault your purse got stolen, and I, like they, have no idea what you expected them to do about it.

Second, telling people they will be robbed if they eat there is inflammatory and could be grounds for a lawsuit against you. The fact that you got robbed does not mean that this place is a bad place to eat. It means you, individually, had something stolen.

Third, you say you and your family, meaning there were at least 3 of you at the table. At least one of you was seated across from you, within plain view of the back of the area in which you sat. Which means, the person seated across from you had a clear line of sight of anyone coming up or passing behind you. So, why did the person seated across from you not notice someone lift your purse?

The fact is, you were careless with your belongings and had them stolen. No one's fault but yours and the thief's. The only thing you can do is call the cops and report it. Olive Garden has no responsibility here.

Olive Garden food

8/13/2016

My husband and I went to the Olive Garden in Dothan. I absolutely love the food but the last several times we have gone in this place, either the food or the people have changed. To me that shows a poor red flag right there that something is not right.

I always under the fettucini alfredo with the White sauce but this time it did not look right. Don't understand what is going on but to me is something is right and you are having no complaints, then leave it alone. Also the salad this time was terrible.

Did I say anything? No. But that is because I do not like fussing like some people do all the time. So i paid for it...Saying all that to say this. I dont want a return phone call nor coupon just want to inform you all about this problem before you start losing more business.

Olive Garden food

On Friday the 12 of august my wife and my self went to olive garden for a celebration dinner that the doctors had finnially released her back to work the following Monday .
We did the call ahead seating and were seated to or table in a very friendly manner and very quickly
the hosts told us our waiter would be right over which took about ten min. We didn't mind as the place was busy we he did finally show up he was very friendly and courteous he took our drink orders and let us read the menu and decide what we were having when he came back we hadn't decided so I ordered a mozzarella stick to get things started.
When we ordered our meals he was very polite and helpful explaining the menu.
A few min. Later our cheese sticks came out they were under cooked and soggy I wasn't able to catch him before our meals came out so we just nibbled at them.when our meals came out there was a layer of grease on top of my sausage stuffed rigatoni and the chess had set hard but was hot so I started eating it and it had a different kind of taste so I stopped eating and so did my wife her tour of Italy didn't taste right either .
We wrote it off to many bread sticks and soup and salad so we had our desert and paid our bill and left even leaving the waiter a good tip for his service.
We live exactly ten min. From the restaurant by the time we made it home I already had the ### and didn't even make it to the bath room .
So after cleaning up in the shower and jumping in and out to use the toilet about 2 hours later things started to ease up after my wife gave me a anti dire pill and a nausea pill I was spent and went to bed I woke up the next morning and wasn't even out of bed when the yellow bile throw up started this was about 8 am on sat morning.
On the average I was throwing up about every 20 min. This went on till 3 when my wife got home and gave me the ultimatum got to the ere or she was calling 911 and have the paramedics take me went to the St Lukas in down town Boise arrived there about 400 the got me right in and stuck a gastric tube down my nose and started pumping my stomach out 3700ml of fluid later they sent me up to a presage room as they thought they were going to have to operate .
I spent sat note all of Sunday and all of Monday waiting for the test results to tell me what I already knew food poisoning .
time I threw up all I could taste was the sausage and the greasy cheese . The following Tuesday I was seen by my primary health doc was she told me the it was indeed food poisoning from the sausage
I lost 2 days of work and about 8 thousand dollars with the hosp. bill I have ins but there is going to be charges up above the ins coverage
I strongly believe olive garden is responsible for these cost and if they are not taken care of I will get a lawyer and follow this thou to the end
Restaurant's should hold them selves to a standard higher then home cooks I am 55 years old have had a double bypass if it hadn't been for my wife and the docs at the ere I problem would have died according to the ere docs

Olive Garden discontinued food

I ate at Olive Garden in Chillicothe, Ohio tonight for the last time. I was informed that they no longer have Caesar Salads...what the hell are they thinking! That was the only reason I went there, they were the best Caesar Salads I have ever had. They have lost a valuable customer...I don't know who made this dumb ### decision, but they should seriously reconsider what it has cost them!

Olive Garden service

Four of us ate lunch ( 1:30 ) there Sunday 7/10. We ordered drinks asked for water with lemon - NO lemons came. The third time she brought them. We ordered an appetizer asked for 4 plates ( 3 times ) never did get them -we used the salad bowls (no bread plates on the table). We ordered one meal with Traditional Sauce ( which was fine ) the other 3 with MEAT sauce. We all got Traditional Sauce. We told the waitress and her response was and I quote " I heard Traditional and that is what you have". Two of us corrected her - yes on ONE only. She said she could redo the order (after we waited over 30 minutes for our food) we said no thanks - she said she would get a small bowl of meat sauce on the side. Which would have fine, however she brought out more Traditional sauce. She put the grated cheese on a plate with no spoon, did not ask if we wanted more salad, bread, water etc. She did ask if we wanted dessert. She did apologize for the errors - but didn't do much to correct it. The bill was over $65.00 and the service was terrible. My boyfriend tipped her much more than I would have, he said " it was obvious she was either new or having a bad day or both" What ever the excuse was, it sure far less than a pleasant dining experience.
I used a $25.00 gift card for part, put part on his Credit Card and put part on her Credit card.
I am letting you know about this -so you can fix the problem. If you don't know you can't fix it.

Olive Garden to go order - bartender / manager bad service

I went in to the bar to pick up my to go orders at the Palmdale, CA store location. I had a coupon on my phone for free desserts, which seemed to greatly irritate the bartender, Grant. I showed him the coupon and he took my entire phone over to the cash register! I asked him repeatedly to bring back my phone, but he just ignored me until he was finished entering in the code. When he got back with my receipt and phone, I informed him that taking my phone and ignoring my repeated requests to return it, was not appropriate. He just argued with me stating that he needed the code to process the discount. I tried to explain to him that taking someone's phone is like taking their wallet. He seemed not to care at all, he just argued his point! I asked for the manager, which was standing next to him in the bar the entire time, listening to this debate and NOT assisting the situation! I asked him why, as a manager, he did not step in when he heard his employee's rude behavior to a customer? He stated that he would not reprimand his employee in front of the customer. I told him the appropriate action he should of taken was to excuse his employee and directly assist my concern. I asked for his name and the bartenders name and told him I would be contacting Corporate. Erik Alexander, Manager and Grant, bartender need to be retained on customer service!

Olive Garden payments

5/9/2016.
I was shocked to find out that you do not give discounts to service members.
I will never visit olive garden. At my next american legion and disabled veterans meetings I am going to let them all know that. We fought so that you people can have a business and yet you do not even appreciate it.
The only restaurant that I have visited in over the last 2 years that do not give 10 percent discounts for us service people.

Olive Garden service was terrible

The service we received today at the Polaris location was terrible to say the least the waiter was a black gentleman that seemed to be more interested in flirting with fellow waitresses and forgetting customers 1st the chicken cocci was just broth after a 10 minute wait we had to waive him away from girls and told him about the problem and he said he would do better dipping next time and didn't offer a different bowl, the 2nd thing he forgot to get our soda then he had to be flagged down for refills and 3rd he forgot our entree we had to remind him his favorite answer or saying was "sweet" I could go on and on but we eat at Olive Garden at least one times week and this is the first problem in several years but it was inexcusable and frustrating I think the young man needs training and a supervisor that oversees and corrects the flirting issue. I hate to complain but I think it was a ongoing problem with others that will hurt a good restaurant.

Olive Garden illegal, unethical practices

I am extremely disappointed by the strawberry shake that we ordered as part of the order. We found a human nail in it and we had to throw it. Unfortunately we were not near the store and took the train back to jersey city, else we would have definitely shared it with the store. It was a human nail as if someone bit it and thew it in the shake. I visited the store with my wife, and she threw it when it came into her mouth through the straw. We are never going to visit the store again and feel extremely disgusted that we were subjected to such an experience and a serious health hazard.

We expect a serious follow up action to be taken in this regard. The check/receipt details are as follow:
Store: Madison Square Park
Date: 02/06/2016
Time: 7:04 pm
Host: Michelle
Check No. 58

Contact information:

Olive Garden claims to be family oriented. However, when an employee wins an award they do there best not to include there families. If its in another city they only invite the employee and higher management. They do no include the children or spouses who have supported the employee to succeed and better the organization . Another example of a corporate company claiming to be family when reality its there own interest there looking for.

Olive Garden service and product

I have been to this restaurant three times and I don't guess I'll ever return. The first time I think they forgot about us. And hour after being seated, which was right away as they were not that busy, we got our food. It was cold and literally stuck to the plate. The manager made it right and gave us a gift card. We returned after about a year and used the gift card and everything was just fine. We went there for lunch today and we're back to being forgot. We got drinks then our server disappeared. After a half an hour we went up to pay for our drinks and go somewhere to get a meal and the manager was horrified and gave us a gift card but I don't think I'll ever go back there. I really don't want any resolution, return, or repair. I just want to let the world know how bad this place is.
