Not able to contact the consumer help line despite trying continuously for a month.

I have been trying to contavt the help line for a month wothout suceess. The telephone goes on hold for 2-3 minutes followed by message that all channels are busy, try after sometime.

i have taken the postpaid connection in lic group and you have said that call cost with in the group will be 10 paisa in some days but untill now this is not happened and i have allready paid 455/RS in last month and paid 699/RS for yearely rent my ph no is 9971859777 this is post paid connection
