I went to the bank to request a copy of a cheque issued 5 years ago. They then looked at my account and suggested that I become a Premier client. They spent an hour and a half suggesting different products.
I told them how important it was for me to get a copy of the cheque as I had a claim against someone and only had a window of 3 days.
After two days I called and they said they had no record of this request but were sending me credit cards etc.
I told them that if I could not get the cheque copy on time I would not be able to partake on a claim on my behalf of aed 800, 000 approx usd 217, 000
Despite phone calls, sms, emails all pleading for help, there was a total lack of interest, did not care, will get back to you they never did, despite calls complaints...nothing...we will log your complaint...not get the issue resolved...
We will call you back, they then don't call back or give very late responses, even suggesting I come in and talk to them.
They do not care about the individual, they do not try and help, they are only interested in selling products.
I have now taken my insurance products away from them, will also take away my company account and will open the new company account elsewhere (i think they may be all the same.
Angry and frustrated...why do I not have these problems with my German banks????
