Disconnection problems which consequently increase the size of losses

eToro claims be easy to use platform with no problems when trading Forex is concerned. But once in the connection problems are way too much to say that is true. In the end of trading with eToro, you won't be making profit as eToro gets your earnings capped and most times the buttons get disabled. This means that you can't cancel the trades you're on. Today i've lost 500$ to this problem and eToro admits the problems although refuses giving refunds. This problem is way more complex than what i say here. But in the end it stays the recommendation that you should not use eToro for trading unless you don't care for your profits.

etoro stole my money they took the money in my account it is around 28000 $ and when i asked them

they told me they gives to my IB without any permit my account is hana1212 there i advise all to withdrawal

there money before Etoro doing to them as they do to me

eToro is operating in a regulated environment according to MiFID directives; and as such we are following all the relevant rules and procedures that have been designed to protect our clients' interests.

The matter in question has been investigated thoroughly and it has been found that this is a clear fraud attempt by the trader and his IB. The IB and the specific trader, have partnered together to defraud our broker in several ways. The matter has been reported to the relevant authorities and we have banned the two individuals from eToro community of traders.
