DISCONNECT MISSED CALL ALERTS

I AM A AIRTEL PREPAID CUSTOMER. FIRSTLY MISSED CALL ALERT SERVICES WERE FREE OF CHARGE & LATER ON IT STARTED CHARGING 15 rs/MONTGH .SO I WANT TO DISCONNECT MY MISSED CALL ALERTS SERVICES BUT I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE...CAN I GET CUSTOMER NO WHERE I CAN SPEAK TO PERSON & TELL HIM MY PROBLEMS...ALSO WHEN I TRY TO OPEN AIRTEL SITE IT SHOWS VODAFONE LINK....WHAT IS THE MATTER ???????? KINDLY HELP
