I ordered some parts through Cheaper Than Dirt and used my debit card. I started receiving charges on my credit card for $12.00.

This is some obscure scam by offering you $10 off your next purchase. I never even completed this application process but started receiving $12.00 charges. This is completely wrong but they are getting away with it.

Beware of any internet shopping sites. They are all doing it now and no one is secure if you shop over the internet.

I cancelled my debit cards and changed my bank account. I am done using the internet to purchase anything.

I have also been scammed by Complete Savings. I noticed that the company has been charging my account for several months.
How can you get a refund when you are unable to speak to a live person?

Complete Savings fraudulently charged my account on Christmas Eve at 2:30am. I have no account with this company. I have never signed up to use any of their services. i noticed many complaints about this company. i did call the number that was on my bank statement and because its Christmas Eve they not opened. if i didn't have my phone setup to tell me when charges our being charged to my account, then i would have never known. and because of them, my account did go negative. who else could i talk to and complain about this issue?

I have charges for this company stating I have a membership. I did not sign up for anything and I don't know how they got my credit card information. How can I take care of this and what should I avoid to not have this happen again? Thanks, Pam

I too was scammed by complete savings. When I saw the charge on my bank statement I had no idea who they were and after "googling" them I found their website as well as a slew of complaints similar to mine. They fraudulently received my CC info off of a purchase on FTD. The how still remains a mystery. I read that quite a few people just sucked up the twelve bucks which is absolutely the WRONG thing to do! Report it to your bank. Not only will you get the charge reversed but they will initiate a fraud investigation with minimal hassle to you. We need to get "businesses" like this exposed and shut down. You can also report them online. I searched fbi fraud and came up with an online fraud link as one of my top responses and was able to file a formal complaint pretty easily. With the exception of plane tickets, online shopping is very new to me and I want to keep enjoying it. PLEASE! Do what needs to be done.

Complete Savings is affliated with Shoppers Discount. This month I had two charges of $12.00 for Complete Saving and Shoppers Discount. when I called Shopper Discount they got my c/c info from a site called eyes lips face (they sell make up). I got them to cancel my "membership" and refund my account will take 3-5 days. I then I called Complete Savings and they already knew that I had cancelle the Shoppers Discount 10 minutes eariler. This one didn't even have my name on it, but it had a coworker name and the company I worked for on it. We had ordered pizza from Pizza Hut at work and I used my card to pay for it and my coworker used her loggin on the site to order it and that is how that happened. I cancelled and requested a complete refund and she again said it will take 3-5 days to show up in my account.

I noticed an unauthorized charge on my debit card on July 3. In attempting to contact the company, was notified that their phone system was down and to go to their website which was also down.

In their phone message, the indicated that I could cancel my "membershi" (to what and why) by pressing 1. All this did was NOTHING! The message continued to refer me to their website.

I recieved unauthorized $12.00 charges on my debit card for this company whom I had never heard of until the charge posted to my account. When I contacted [protected], they could not tell me how this happened and offered to cancel the membership and return my money to me. Isn't that strange that they were willing to give me my money back all within a three minute phone call...they didn't even challenge anything. They know they are a scam. After reading everyone else's posts, I concluded it must have happened when I ordered from Pizza Hut Online as well because I haven't shopped the other businesses other posters mentioned. I am now boycotting Pizza Hut...they will not get any more business from me.

Got a Benefit and Billing Reminder Notice from Complete Savings. First, I don't know this company, never heard of it. Secondly, why are they charging me a $12.00 membership fee every month which I'm not a member and will never be. Thirdly, how did they get my credit card number which in the first place I DID NOT authorized. I tried to call them but nobody answer the phone. Now, I don't know what to do...

I placed an order with Woman Within on May 22. Apparently, at the time of that order, I was presented with a $10.00 off next order coupon. I believed that offer to be from Woman Within. However, it was from Complete Savings, who is in parntership with with Woman Within and multiple other businesses. By clicking on the coupon, Complete Savings was given access to all my credit/debit card information. I did not balance my checkbook in June, but caught they charge for July, that just recently posted. I called the 800 number and spoke with customer service. They were well versed in kindly refunding my money (12.00 per month) and apologizing for any misunderstanding, which angered me more. The owner and president of the company is WALTER DADEK and he can receive correspondence in his broom closet at WEBLOYALTY 101 Merrit 7 4th floor, Norwalk, Connecticut 06851. Let's all send him unauthorized and unsolicited responses to his unethical scam!

After making a an online purchase with Eve's Addiction, I unknowingly was signed up for $12.00 monthly debits against my credit card. Unfortunately this has been going on since 6-2017, and was just discovered this month. I have received no product or services from Complete Savings at all. Shame on you "Eve's Addiction" for partnering up with such a scam company! You have lost my business forever! Should a class action suit be brought against Complete Savings, please add my name at the top of the list.

Monday April 19, 2017 I checked my American Express Card Activity and noticed a charge of $12.00 from Complete Savings Norwalk Transaction Date 4/15/2017. I didn't recognize this company nor did I ever do business with them. I traced back on the Card Activity pages and realized that the charges stemmed all the way back to 03/15/2017.

I called American Express and spoke to a customer service advisor who verified the charges and the name of the company along with the date the charges began. I told the rep. that I did not recognize the company nor did I remember creating an account with them and since the $12 per month charge was so low that it never jumped out as a Red Flag of fruad. The rep. advised me that he will block any further charges and will credit back to October 15, 2017 which is 6 months rather than the full year. I was advised that I should have noticed this fraudulent business earlier to clear off all charges beginning March 15, 2017 and six months is their deadline to report fraud and open a complaint and be credited the charges back. He suggested that I contact Complete Savings and ask how they got my information and authorization to create an account.

I called Complete Savings and spoke to "Jeff" a customer service rep. who told me that either I or someone at my address that I gave permission to create the account and agree to the $12.00/month fee. I told him that if I had created an account and agreed to the monthly charges, I would have saved this information on my computer including the User ID and Password that he told me they had confirmed via email. He appologized and offered to reimburse me four months worth of fee's or cancel the account right now...but I should go to their website to see all the benefits and discount savings they provide to their members.

I asked to speek to his manager and he conferenced in a man by the name of Carl Grant, who was reluctant to provide his last name. He wanted me to confirm my email address and I told him that since I had already given him the account number posted on my CC activity report, he should already have that information. He offered me the same as what Jeff had already done and I again questioned why I shouldn't receive credit from March 15, 2017 when the first charge to my CC was posted. He then told me that my account was created on February 15, 2017 and I had a 30 day free trial of their services and was indicated that I needed to cancel this service within 30 days if I did not want it. I told him I had no idea how I even got involved with this offer in the first place and he told me that it was through JustFlowers.com; I asked what is title was and he told me he was the assistant supervisor and I asked who his manager was and he replied "Ada". I asked for Ada's last name and he paused and I asked again and he told me it was "Butler" but her shift had ended. I asked him who I needed to speak to in order to resolve this situation and he told me to call back on the same toll free number and inquire with the Correspondence Team; anyone who picked up the phone would assist me.

I then called "JustFlowers.com" and spoke to a customer service rep asking her to check any account I may have opened with this company giving her my name and the name of the recipient that they may have sent flowers to. She searched back to February 15, 2017 and could not find any account in my name nor were there any orders ever placed with their company. She told me they were affiliated with Complete Savings and that I may have went thru them, but when I asked if I had there would have been a process date from them and a confirmation of delivery to the recipient. She just told me that I needed to clear this up with Complete Savings and asked if she could be of any other assistance and I told her no.

I pulled up www.completesavings.com and noticed several links including this one and all of the number of similar to exact type of frauduelence to many other individuals. One complaint linked this company to another website: www.webloyalty.com who is in the process of a Class Action Lawsuit for obtaining private information such as an email address, full name, and CC account number, for the purpose of creating a customer account without authorization from the individual.

I called back to American Express and explained to "Heather" who noted the previous call where they set a block to any charges from this company and the 6 month reimbursement. I told her that when I went online to check on www.completesavings.com, there were many links regarding fraudulent behavior and scam including the associated partnership of www.webloyalty.com who is under investigation of online scam picking up individuals personal information and financial information without their authority. Heather at A.E. told me that she has opened up a full investigative inquiry that will date back to February 15, 2017 thru their last charge on April 15, 2017.

I have read through other posts on your website and I hope that completesavings.com will also be named in the class action lawsuit and shut this corporation down.

I was scammed by Complete Savings. I purchased a bird feeder from CountryStoreCatalog.com and was offered a $10.00 coupon. I did not accept the coupon because I do not purchase from this company on a regular basis. That was 16 months ago. I have been charged $12.00 a month since June of 2017. I never noticed because of the low amount. I emailed Complete Savings and they cancelled my membership and offered a refund of $48.00. I want to know about the rest of the $180.00 that they stole from me! I've filed complaints with the BBB in both Connecticut and Pennsylvania(Retailer's state), the Attorney General's office of both states, and with the Federal Trade Commission. If everyone who has had this happen to them would do the same, maybe they would stop scamming people!

The same thing happened to me when two years ago, I must have accidentally checked a promotion button on Ticketmaster.com. For two years Complete Savings charged me $12 each month (unbeknown to me) for a total of 25 payments. They said on the phone they'd reimburse me for the past four months and that I can fill out an Affidavit to receive the full refund. Keep in mind I don't even know what this company is or what exactly I have been paying for for over two years! The people at their company sounded very nice on the phone so I'm crossing my fingers this will work out for the better. I will post another message when I find out if they reimburse me. -Kathleen

I just found out that they've been charging my account since October, and it was related to a Ticketmaster purchase. I filed a dispute with Bank of America and they were very helpful in sending a new card and blocking any further charges, plus they've credited back the amount.

I just found out that complete savings has been charging my card for over 6 months! I never looked at my credit card statements because I knew I wasn't using the card for any charges. I thought I was just paying down the bill... today when I happened to look online at my statement I saw this charge. I immediatly contacted the company and they stated that they will refund up to 4 months of charges.

I have no idea how this company got my credit card number! Un-F'n believable!

They ARE crooks, crookmagnet, but so is the company you purchased something with using that credit card!

Complete Savings only gets your credit card number after you've used it with a supposedly "legit" company to make a purchase. If you've read all the complaints listed on this website you'll know that some of those companies are: Barnes & Noble, AmeriMarc, Pizza Hut, Ticket Master, and on and on.

You need to figure out which company you did business with that gave out your credit card information to Complete Savings and complain to them and let them know that they've lost your business forever and then come back here and post the name of that company on this website so that the rest of us can send in our complaints to them, as well, and not ever do business with them ourselves.

I make a note of all of the companies, to avoid doing business with, on here and then I send them emails telling them why I'll never do business with them. That's the only way I can think of to get these companies to quit betraying their customers to scam companies like Complete Savings/Reservation Rewards/Web loyalty.

We've got to hit those companies in exactly the same place they're hitting us: The Pocket Book!

What these companies are doing, by handing out your credit card information to Complete Savings, has got to be illegal. It's illegal to do that if you go into a regular brick and mortar store to make a purchase.

I was exposed to Complete Savings when I placed an online book order with Barnes & Noble. When I called their store they told me that they are not allowed, legally, to hand over my credit card information to any third parties. I then asked the sales person why their company can get away with it if you place an order online she couldn't give me an answer!

I am furious that I ordered from Collections.com and my credit card number was shared and received a charge on my card! This is unethoical and should be reported. I am sure they covered all the bases...I hate scams. They did offer to remove the charges and refund and cancel. Like others said...the rep was very nice and offered to cancel but at first did not offer the refund.

So my issue was "resolved" within two days. I wrote a lot of angry letters and made several reports and received this e-mail from Complete Savings as well as a call from FTD. This letter is such BS. I never once received an e-mail from them about my account, (which you would assume I would if they were legitamitely trying to get me to buy from them), and then this one magically made it to my inbox after I cancelled so they obviously had my address. It's clear to me that they were hoping to just go unnoticed and collect as much cash as they could from as many people as they could. Does anyone know how much sales revenue they do pull in? Or know how I can find out? I know, I'm a little obsessed now but this really pissed me off!
By the way, I never entered my e-mail twice nor did I agree to their services by checking a box.

"We try to make our offer as clear as possible and we apologize for any concern you may have experienced.

Our records show that on 5/8/09 you or someone in your household completed an online transaction with FTD.com. After your transaction you were offered and accepted a membership in Complete Savings. Immediately next to the offer, the Offer Details were displayed, which included the agreement that we could bill the membership fee to the credit card you used for your transaction with FTD.com.

The person who signed up for Complete Savings would have given permission to use that specific credit card. In order to sign up they would have typed in the email address two times, like a signature and also clicked the button to accept the membership.

This notice confirms that your membership in Complete Savings has been cancelled as of 6/30/09 and we have issued two refunds of $12.00 each for the membership fees you were charged. These refunds will appear on your credit/debit card account within 3-5 business days. "
