LionDesk I bought LionDesk CRM on May 27, 2022 for $449, but it doesn't work as advertised

I bought LionDesk CRM on May 27, 2022 for $449, but it doesn't work as advertised. The website says it integrates with Zapier and Revaluate, but it doesn't. It also claims to let you apply a template plan to each transaction, but it doesn't do that either. I've tried calling and emailing several times, but I can't get a response from a manager or anyone else. They won't give me a refund because of "billing terms," but they won't send me a copy of those terms. I would have been happy to keep using the product if they fixed the bugs, but they won't even respond to my requests. The customer support is terrible, so I just want my money back. I attached some documents to show what the website says the product can do, but it can't.

LionDesk just went ahead and charged me again without my permission. When I tried to call them, they said I had to email billing. I guess they don't want to talk to anyone because they know people are mad at them. I emailed them to let them know I don't need their CRM anymore because my company has its own. But they didn't respond for a whole week! So I went to my bank to complain and they tried to get my money back for a whole month. But they couldn't do it. I emailed LionDesk again and they said they couldn't give me a refund because I didn't cancel before the renewal date. But no one told me about that! They said they'll stop charging me in the future, but that doesn't help me now. Covid messed up my finances and I can't afford to pay for something I don't use. It feels like they stole my money.
